On top of this, after filing a police report upon their request, the company did not liaise properly with the insurance company and basically absolved themselves for taking any responsibility to find an appropriate settlement. Attempts to follow up with both Access Storage corporate office and the insurance company over months now have been beyond frustrating and fruitless.
