Matt's a very nice guy to deal with and very knowledgeable in what he does super nice guy. ..Nope not here .this is my second time with Stoage mart over the years first time was my house I stored in the big white cubes .Best solution ever back then .Today I've decided ill soon be leaving Storagemart and decided to leave a review .I've enjoyed my short stay here but in all honesty. ITS the the high rate that's causing me to need to move this time unfortunately , what was going to be a short term rental is now heading into a later then planned stay till April and the price has just gone up here . So I'm going to leave and go to a unit that is comparible to size and closer to my location and more affordable then what I'd be paying now due with increase . I was told by the Manager that "this is happening now". After one year of paying for a lot of money for this unit just to have my items vandalized, and stolen! Please do your research and find a more secure storage facility that has proper and real 24 hour surveillance to keep your items safe. I do not recommend this place.

The units are always clean and the grounds are always maintained even in the winter months. They were also able to give me really good rates for the units, I am always able to get a hold of someone when they are open and they are always able arrange or help me when I have a question or concern. The two gentleman that run the office are friendly and great people to chat with.

So I become a loyal "brand" customer...and rented at different locations in Toronto and Florida. I happened to come across 28 Estate Drive in Scarborough. I found their customer service superior! They treat this business as their baby and they do not only work there to get their pay check! They go above and beyond to help and very accomodating to fill their customers needs! I'm returning for second time this year to rent a unit from this location. Thank you to all, Yvrose, Udeni and Trevin! You got a customer for life!

When I mentioned its wrong they mentioned the late fee cannot be more than 2%, they said they will send me the correct bill but never did. The locker was far for me and I had physically go to ask for the correct bill, but by that time they forcefully kept my $40k worth stuff, stating they are allowed to settled their $800 bill (which was completely wrong bill) and stole all my stuff. Funny thing is there was no trace of my personal item left behind. I was constantly communicating through email and I got no email stating they are clearing my locker.

This is a scam…read more They double billed me for my storage unit. I cancelled on the day they told me to and still received a charge on my credit card. When I reported this they said once there is a charge they can not issue a refund. I've dealt with other Public Storages where this isn't the case. This specific branch is scamming people by billing them twice.
