We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

Allan signed me up in the spring for a monthly contract costing $165 plus taxes (totaling $186.45). It was outdoors, not paved (...long grass growing all around) plus no option to plug in my boat batteries (which I was willing to pay extra for) that required recharging after each fishing trip. Considering the City of Toronto doesn't legally allow boats to be parked on a driveway, I had no options available within the city. It's an expensive sport already and having to pay this much more for bush style outdoor parking hurts even though nobody is shedding tears for me.

As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul.
