This lot is also diagonally across from Atrium on Bay. I can only imagine that this parking lot was buzzing when the bus terminal was active. I wouldn't know, as I used to take the TTC to get to this bus terminal, mainly to greet friends visiting the city. We were young and broke back then. Last Wednesday night, I parked in this lot to spend a few hours at Atrium on Bay. I parked in a spot and headed to the payment area. There was a parking attendant talking to someone. It was not about parking. There was also a payment machine, so I used that instead of interrupting their conversation. With the payment machine, you enter your licence plate number first. You then select how much time you need to park in the lot. I got the $15 flat rate on evenings between 6 pm and 6 am. That's pretty good for being downtown, and within walking distance from both CF Eaton Centre and Atrium on Bay. I paid with a credit card. The machine also takes coins, but I'm not sure if it's all coin denominations or specific ones. I shopped. I had dinner. I browsed. I had dessert. I then returned to my car. It was safe and sound. I actually ate a donut in my parked car before I left. I had to maximize my flat rate payment after all! I also wanted to devour my donut before driving away. I'm glad that I found a new parking lot. It's actually not a bad place to park if you're going to Massey Hall for a show or being a tourist around the downtown core. (293)

Only thing is, like the previous commenter mentioned, it smells like pee in the stairwells.

It's the kind of lot where you have to get a ticket before you enter and you pay for your spot when exiting (which is great because you can never get a ticket by going over your time limit). I have yet to see a cheaper lot; makes me feel a little better about owning a car in the city. You can either pay cash, credit or debit. However, with a major road closure at Richmond and Church streets, I had five minutes to spare by the time I was in my car, in front of the restaurant. I looked around for street parking. I couldn't find any spaces. I looked to my left and saw this underground parking lot next to the Chelsea Hotel. Perfect! I drove in. I didn't know that it was an Impark until after I had parked and needed to pay. Frankly, I just wanted to park and make it in time for dinner. There were plenty of spots for me to park. I walked over to one of the machines by the elevators. You pay by entering your licence plate number. You then select how long and much you want to pay. In my case, I got there at 7:30 pm. It was a flat rate of $12 to park until 6 am. I did just that. These machines accept credit cards. You can also use coins, but I didn't pay attention to what coins are accepted. The elevators were fast and took me up to the main floor. I walked across the street to the restaurant. Luckily, I made it to dinner fine. I was there for over two hours. I'd come back here again to park if I am in the neighbourhood. (274)

You can also exit from either Bay Street or Dundas West (which I recommend). Since the garage is big, different elevators and steps are marked by different animals. Not terribly bad if you're trying to achieve your 10,000 steps and your hard fought six pack. If we had more time, we could have walked it to the lake shore. It was very clean and quiet on a Saturday (this appears to be a well managed office building). There's on-site, friendly Security and he's in uniform. The stairwells are well lit, clear non-cryptic/non-arcane signage. The parking spaces were spacious and get this, it was a very reasonable cost for the entire day. Was it $8 bucks Canadian, which is like $6 US? Not to sound mean but there were no terrible smells, no garbage, no one was loitering, there were no ominous, creaky noises or people lurking clandestinely in the darkness. No broken down machine. It was just very cool, the entire overall experience.
