As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. Paul didn't just apologize for the mistakes made by his crew, he took responsibility and ownership for those mistakes. He showed integrity and to me, that is what differentiates a good business from a bad one. Thank you for being an honourable human, Paul and for running your business with integrity. They run a tight ship and the whole experience made me feel secure and reassured. From the start I was offered quick customer service over phone and email to answer my questions. When I first arrived, I was given a tour of the facility and trained on how to access the site. All fees and possible charges (for example, for causing a security issue) were discussed openly and I felt sure that I knew what I would have to pay. No surprises! When I closed my account a couple months later, again they were very friendly and I received my refund for time unused promptly. On top of all this professionalism, everyone was really nice. The people there seem to like their job and like other people (rare, I know!) During a stressful time when I needed no-drama service, I got it. I would use the facility again in a heart beat.

Also stopping at a storage unit along the way out of the city. Big oof! We all know what Toronto traffic is like. However, Jason and his team put all my worries to rest. He also came to look at our place a few days before moving day to assess everything. On moving day, his team packed and wrapped everything very quickly. They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. We had over 40 boxes and tons of furniture. 11/10 I would use them again and highly recommend them! They are true to their word "In and out".

I liked their website; it was clean, easy to navigate and was very organized when it came to requesting a quote. The person I dealt with was quick to reply and answer any questions I had, small or large. The process for booking was simple yet detailed. The 2 movers arrived on time, took a look at what had to be done and got to work right away. They were efficient and quick. The furniture I was moving was very heavy, and had sentimental value. I was impressed that they moved everything safely and without any scuffs - which was very important as the walls in the apartment we were moving out of had just been painted. The movers were friendly and polite and got the job done in 2 hours. They had to take apart one of our desks and explained what they were doing to ensure us that nothing was being damaged. There is a 3 hour minimum, but I found that to be fairly standard among the quotes I had received. I was able to pay by credit card, and an invoice was sent to me the next day. I had a question about it and someone got back to me right away to walk me through my question.
