This gentleman came to my rescue and even unstuck the top one from the pile so I didn't break my nails... We talked on my way to the self checkout and he actually lived in the San Fernando Valley where I'm from. What a coincidence! I was on my way to Home Depot but stopped here - and I'm so glad I did! The footstool was perfect and also less expensive than at the Depot!! Winner, winner! Not only did he help me get it all loaded up he enlisted another employee to help and they got it done fast. Once we were outside, I realized I purchased the wrong size cinderblocks so they sent me back inside to make the exchange. While I did that Pedro loaded up the proper cinderblocks onto the cart for me, and then met me outside in the voting and unloading lanes where my truck was parked. He helped me load those into my truck as well! Before this, I was being helped by one of your other customers. I thought it was very smart of Pedro to realize that another customer was helping me and that he should step in and get the job done, which he did! That is management material, right there!
