If you're looking for a short stay, extended stay, out of town stay... this is by far the best place in Waco! It's right next to all the tourist places, walking distances to restaurants and shops! We were greeted by Ms. Loretta at the front desk. She has the southern hospitality to the T. She is a local to Waco and directed us local eateries and places to go! We enjoyed having her. Don't forget to pack your swimsuit - otw there is a strip of shopping areas near by. Perfect size pool for the sundown swims. Several patio lounging chairs in well lit areas, two fire place seatings, provided towels easily accessible for use. Security key doors all around the hotel. There's a restaurant/ bar inside hotel! The dinner at the bar restaurant for a Cobb salad was not good. The chicken was super dried. Opt for the charcuterie board. Pepperoni pizza seems to be popular but they add the peppers. Make sure you know this before it's for the little ones. Excellent service hotel staff all around! Highly recommend to come stay for a few days! It's a perfect spot!

The location of this hotel is perfect for those looking to make a visit to the Magnolia Silos. It is located right down the street and is conveniently walking distance. Check in was easy and all of the employees that I encountered were great. The hotel feels very new and is clean and modern. Navigating parking was a little inconvenient as the garage is not attached to the hotel. It was a little annoying to have to lug our stuff outside around the pool to get back and forth. The rooms were nicely appointed with plenty of outlets and lighting. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. My biggest issue with this hotel was the bathroom door. There is no real door, just a sliding glass partition that gaps. This means that you have essentially no privacy in the bathroom. I was travelling with a friend and this was a huge issue. The hotel was also hosting lots members of a sorority conference during our visit. The rooms are not well insulated, as I could hear my neighbors on all sides yelling late into the night. My stay here did not feature any restful sleep! Overall, this is a convenient location for Magnolia lovers, but if I would not stay here for more than a night.

Nice little hotel in downtown Waco. It is new and modern and while not the largest property when compared to many other hotels, it still has all of the main amenities (gym, pool, bar). I'm not super familiar with Waco Texas so I'm not sure of what there is to do there, I do know that many people go there for to see the Fixer Upper silos. This hotel is located literally right across the street from the Magnolia silos which was a huge plus. There are also a lot of other little shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel (including a Terry Balck's BBQ across the street). Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern, and brand new! Overall an excellent stay. Customer service: 5/5 Amenities: 4.5/5 Rooms: 5/5 Property: 4.5/5 Overall: 4.75/5

This AC hotel was immaculately clean. The workers were all so nice & friendly. We sat at the bar one night talking to a very nice young man, the bartender, who gave us some restaurant suggestions in the area. This hotel is in walking distance to many places.

Second room I received after the first was not cleaned properly - evident bedsheets were changed and bed freshly made.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel despite friendly staff and great location. While on a business trip, I checked into my room and to my extreme disappointment and instant regret, the bedsheets were not changed. As soon as I pulled the top bedding back to do my normal checks, it was very apparent the bed had been slept in previously. Safe and clean accommodations is my priority, and should be any hotel's priority as well. Additionally, the vinyl floors did not appear to be swept/mopped. This is a new location and unfortunately, if the upkeep to the property and rooms remain at this standard, it will continue to go downhill. I enjoy Marriott as a chain; however, will opt to stay elsewhere when in this area. 2 stars for the excellent staff.

Go see Lauren and Loretta they are pretty amazing tell them mommy gina sent them!

Excellent--good service and easy access to resteraunts and Magnolias. Parking garage is confusing until you know the layout.

It is really close to the Silos and parking here will save you the $10 Silo parking fee. There is not always someone at the desk, nor does the phone always get answered. BUT, the hotel has EXCELLENT communication. We received a text before checking in with all the info we needed. Then, advice to text if we needed anything. Actually we sent a few texts that were IMMEDIATELY answered. Impressive! Even in the largest of other hotels, it can take some time to get a real person. We were immediately texted when we had a question about parking, then accessing the room, and others. I read on one review that there are about 10 parking spots. Actually, there are probably 25 to 30 in the lot. We found that we could park in the lot with no issues at various times. NOTE: Some spots are marked with "Reserved Parking". I asked the hotel and they related that hotel guests can park in those spots. We were told about possible train noise. We did hear it a few times, but it wasn't bothersome. In fact, there were ear plugs in a black pouch in the bathroom should this be an issue. There was also live music in the 4th floor bar until midnight. We could hardly hear it & we were on the 4th floor as well. BTW, there are superior views of the silos from the rooftop and other places in the hotel.

It is designed extremely well for a boutique hotel, and appointed nicely. What's it near? It's DIRECTLY next to the Dr Pepper Museum. It's only a five-min walk to Magnolia: Chip & Jo Gaines' shopping area. But, do NOT come here for the "breakfast bites", which is their substitution for breakfast. Sadly, there are only 2 breakfast foods, both bad for you: cereal laden with sugar & yogurt laden with sugar. And, for a boutique hotel, there was a lack of coffee. Yes, there was a coffee maker in the room with 2 pods for us, but no creamer. It was on another floor. We were here 2 nights, and the pods weren't replaced. No coffee the next morning and nowhere in the hotel to get some complementary coffee. That was odd because almost every hotel has coffee, some 24 hrs a day (Holiday Inn, etc). In summation, the location couldn't be beat. Check in was smooth with Courtney at the front desk. We would have never found this hotel were it not for a Travelzoo offer.
