My daughter had the same sandwich and hers was the same sloppy soggy mess.The sandwich a chicken capreese was completely soggy. I had never had a soggy grill cheese in my life. The soup wasn't any better and I didn't like the coleslaw either. I don't feel it was as good a quality as it should have been for the price. Absolutely Cheezee has absolutely leaned into the concept of cheesiness. Even the decor is, well, absolutely, absurdly cheesy. And I personally love it. The walls are covered in memes repurposed for the sake of cheesiness. The cheesy logo, the little cheese graters that hold your order number, every bit is cheesy. The menu offers a range of items loaded variously with melted cheeses. I ordered the Cowboy Burger and my friend ordered The Big Cheezee, both of which were delicious, nearly to the point of cheese-overload. It wasn't cheap--I paid $12 for my burger, although it was large enough to have shared. The fries were excellent. The service was slow, but I felt it was understandable. The restaurant only just opened, and they seemed a little understaffed to handle the significant lunch rush of which we were a part. I'll certainly be back. The Big Cheezee is absolutely incredible tasting! I always get it on Rye bread, and it tastes much more rich than using white bread (which also tastes amazing too!). The mix of pimento cheese, avocado, etc: AMAZING. The Asiago Mac and Cheese is also very tasty, and the cole slaw adds a good spice to the overall meal. I always get two sandwiches, and savor every bite because of it's rich flavor. Worth it! read more

I'm going to preface this review by acknowledging that we placed our order for pick-up, and that in and of itself could have highly influenced the quality of our sandwiches...with that being said, I think there were definitely a few things that can improve as this business hopefully continues to grow! I was SO excited to find a grilled cheese spot outside of the general Orlando area! First off...the packaging itself for pick-up orders. Of course a heated/grilled sandwich that is tightly packed in paper is going to become soft and borderline soggy. I think a styrofoam to-go container would have helped maintain some of the sandwiches' crispy exterior, seeing as it would have had more room to "breath". At the very least, every drop of condensation wouldn't have been absorbed right back into the bread. Secondly, the house-made chips were under seasoned with salt, but still generally enjoyable. There were a few that made it through which were entirely undercooked. However, the ones that were beautifully golden had a very satisfying crunch to them. The mac & cheese was alright. Again, it seemed slightly under seasoned in regards to salt. I'd rather stick to a complimentary side of mostly-cooked chips, and pick up some mac from good ol' reliable Publix. The sandwiches were tasty, but the bread was soft. Again, this could have been due to the fact that we ordered for pick-up. Who knows how long they sat in their own heat and condensation before we were finally able to dig in. My husband ordered the Turkey Reuben, and I got the Veggie. Husband seemed happy enough with his in terms of flavor. As for mine, it came with a pesto mayo, and I wish I got a little more of the pesto flavor come through because it really would have complemented the earthy veggies in there! There was a little too much mayo, which made the filling very slippery and sort of messy to handle. It made me wonder if the veggies were tossed in the mayo mix and then put into the sandwich...may work better if the pesto mayo was simply spread on the inside of each slice. I do want to give this place another try, but I was disappointed that my high hopes weren't met. read more

The choices were fun and we decided to each try a different sandwich, I chose the Big CheeZee and Jeannie picked the BST. I also ordered their home made potato chips and Jeannie got the onion petals. The sandwiches are loaded and the ingredients were top notch...the spinach was very fresh and the avocado was perfectly ripened. It is refreshing and fun to see something different some into town and I hope the locals take to this place, this deserves to be hugely successful. These sandwiches are phenomenal. Such creativity in each one. Everything was piping hot and fresh. The size of the sandwich and fries that you get for the price is great... and it's fresh food. As for the Covid-19 aspect...Loved that there was a sign at the door asking the guests to sanitize ... with sanitizer provided.The sign also states to social distance while in line to order their food. They also had markers on the floor. All the employees had masks on. The tables had signs of closed and open to allow social distancing while you were seated. We stumbled upon this place thanks to a groupon. Oh my!!! I had the pimento mac and cheese and my boyfriend had the big cheezee, both with tomato soup as our side (a must!). They were both AMAZING. I have to say the pimento won slightly bc the pimento cheese is absolutely delicious. Apparently they sell it by the tub, and I will be getting that on our next visit. Ok so I love me a good grilled cheese. I never thought in a million years that I would ever buy a grilled cheese for lunch at some place near the beach. But I did, and I don't regret it one bit. First off when you walk in it's a very casual atmosphere. You order at the counter, they kindly explain the different sammiches to you and you pay get a number and sit your booty down and wait. They were so helpful in guiding us through the choices and so sweet too! My husband picked the buffalo chicken grilled cheese with fries and I picked the BST- bacon, spinach and tomato (and cheese!) with a side of you guessed it, something cheesy! Mac and cheese! Oh man it was so good! I got to try both and I was so impressed. They really made the perfect grilled cheese. The bread was perfectly toasted and buttery! Like melt in your mouth buttery. the Mac and cheese was yummy too not incredibly cheesy but considering I was stuffing my mouth with a supremely cheesy sandwich, it was a good balance.
