Everyone who worked here was very nice and the service was great from start to finish. I got the brisket hash, which was delicious. The eggs were cooked to a perfect over medium (at my request). The third wave house smoked brisket is worthy of hype for sure. My companion got the shrimp scramble, and we ended up asking if it was normal for the shrimp to be slightly translucent, which it apparently is for rock shrimp! Both entrees were excellent.
