I was very skeptical to come here after reading some reviews but I honestly think some people are just uneducated and entitled. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt to have 2 12 inch subs 2 sets of door speakers and a set of tweeters installed on my truck. he beat every other quote by over $350 and it was done much quicker than I expected. he gave me the advice I needed and took the time to answer other questions I had about future modifications to my truck. I will definetly be return to get my lift and wheel and tire setup done there later this year. everything was done very professionally without being hassled into buying stuff I didn't need (unlike 3 other shops I called that tried to sell me extra stuff I didn't need) I highly recommend coming here if you just want it done, and want it done right. but if you're going to complain about someone not being nice to you because you were acting rude and entitled then go somewhere else. thanks Matt! read more

DO NOT GO HERE - VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been a loyal customer of Absolute for years, always getting my tinting done here, but after my recent experience, I won't be returning. I just got a new car and called to make an appointment on Wednesday. They required a card on file for last-minute cancellations, which is fair. The prices have gone up due to inflation, which I understand--total cost was $600. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday. However, the next day (Thursday), I called back to ask about the type of tint they use, specifically if they offer ceramic tint and the brand they carry. After looking up the brand they provide, I realized it wasn't the quality I was looking for. I found another place with better quality tint at a better price. So, I called to cancel and asked if my card would be charged, giving more than 24 hours' notice. Here's where things went downhill: Me: "Hello, I have an appointment on Saturday, and I need to cancel." Absolute: "Okay." Hangs up abruptly I didn't realize they had hung up, so I kept talking: Me: "I guess you don't need my name? And will my card be charged? I gave over 24 hours' notice and just made the appointment yesterday." I then realized they hung up, so I called back. Me: "Hello, I'm not sure if I'm speaking to the same person as before." Absolute: "Yes, it's me." Me: "Oh, you hung up on me?" Absolute: Starts yelling "Yes, why would I sit here and talk to you when I'm not making any money? You wasted my time asking about the tint--20 minutes of me explaining things to you. I don't have to talk to you. I don't have to explain our tint to you." Me: "It wasn't 20 minutes, maybe 5. I just wanted to know what kind of tint was going on my car. For $600, I'd like to know what I'm paying for." Absolute: "I don't have to explain anything to you. I'm not getting your money, so what's the point? Don't call here again." Hangs up. It's clear to me that customer service means nothing to this place. If you can't treat your customers with respect and professionalism, your business isn't worth my time or money. For the record, I never had a problem here before, and I always recommended Absolute to others, heck, most of my family members bring their cars here, for more than just tint. The front desk staff was usually great. But this time, I can only assume I spoke to someone else--and based on their attitude, I won't be returning. read more

This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I took them a heavily modified Jeep that had some sketchy "DIY" wiring work from the previous owner. In the appointment I made with the owner Matt O'Bryan I asked for an assessment of all the work needed to make it right. The deal was to assess the truck and help me make a plan of corrective actions. When the tech called me he had not looked at half the things that I specifically asked to be addressed and seemed unable to answer basic questions about the work that was needed. I pressed him about each of the issues that Matt said they would assess and his answers clearly indicated he did not check them or could not understand the basic functions (eg: "I don't get the menus on that stereo, I don't know how to get the back up camera on."). At that point I realized this shop was incapable of the work I needed and told the tech I would come by and get the Jeep. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very belligerent Matt raising his voice and cussing about "the way I spoke to his tech". The questions I asked were specific to the work I had brought the truck in for, and while the tech was clearly embarrassed by his inability to address them, nothing warranted the belligerent response. He threw my keys at me, launched into a string of profanities as I started toward the door. As I got the door half open he started around the counter, screaming threats of violence. (It is amusing how some men "get tough" when someone is walking out the door. I closed the door and advised him to make his next decisions very carefully, to which he began yelling that he wasn't scared of some "faggot military guy" (I'm a 56 year old retiree wearing a flight jacket). Luckily, he chose to disengage and as I walked to my truck he continued yelling about my "faggot Jeep that looks like Micky Mouse worked on it". Ironically, that was precisely the work I was prepared to spend thousands of dollars to correct at Absolute Style and Sound. Whatever is going on at this shop makes it a dangerous place to take your business. read more

Great place with friendly people and good prices. I went here for help looking for tires to fit a set of wheels I had already bought and I spoke with Matt. Matt was awesome and he gave me a great price on a really nice set of nitto tires for my mustang. He got them in stock the very next day and held them until I was ready to have them put on. I had them installed yesterday and they look and ride great. My car is brand new and his staff did a great job on it and was extremely careful. I definitely like and trust this shop. They will get you exactly what you want and do a great job with the install at a great price. They even broke down and reassembled my old wheels so I could reuse my tpms sensors without having to buy new ones. My only regret is I wish I had bough my wheels here too. This place worked on my car and then locked my keys in my car when I went to pick it up! Called the owner Matt to tell him that they locked my keys in my car and he was extremely nasty and told me that I told his employee to lock my keys in the car! They literally lied to me and screwed me over! I would never trust this place to work on my car! Matt is a nasty guy that is not a people person! I used to go to Carworx. Now I come here. They sell you what you need, not what makes them the most profit. Secondly, Matt is very reasonable to work with. Granted they are usually busy so make an appointment, don't just show up and expect them to drop what they're doing to put you ahead of everyone else because thats not how a business should work. I had tint done on my car, very specific requests, which they were able to accomplish. I also had rain guards installed. The gentleman who did my tint, Nick, is a pro. I tried very hard to find any little detail he missed but nothing. The car was spotless with no mess, all the interior was in mint condition still as It should be when you first buy a new car. Nick was very careful and treated my car like his own. Its very hard to find a good place with someone who has a serious passion for the work they do and not someone who just rushes and makes mistakes because they want to go to lunch or get done work for the day. read more
