First off, 100% recommend these folks. Would do business with again. During some recent weather in Denver, a rock smashed my rear windshield, and the wind tore it out. After doing some research on different auto glass shops in Denver, I decided upon these folks. They are in a more industrial part of town (north Denver), in a small strip-mall style area with some other businesses. Didn't call, didn't email, just showed up the day after my windshield broke to see what Absolute was about. To my surprise, they took my car immediately without an appointment. I was given a price quote (which was less than other places quoted by about $40-50) and told I would get a call later in the day. They have a small lounge with coffee for waiting, but I work so close that I left. Four hours later it was done. I returned to pick it up; the technician was very knowledgeable and the price was almost exactly what I was quoted. No complaints on the glass at all - it looks brand new! I drove to their shop to get my windscreen replaced, I arrived and they started straight away. They said it would take 90 mins but they were finished in just under an hour. Drove across town to get some chips in my windshield fixed here because they gave me a very fair quote over the phone. The lady who worked in the office was friendly and helpful, and the fellow who came out to look at my window was honest enough to tell me that the 2 big chips I was worried about had already been repaired, and the other tiny chips weren't actually deep enough to warrant attention yet. He educated me on what to look for myself and sent me on my way. Wish I could have given them my business, but I assure you, with that kind of great service, I will recommend them to others and be back to give them my own business at the first opportunity! Still so good -- unfortunately, living in Colorado has been rough on windshields. I've now used Absolute 3 times, and they continue to be so good. I emailed them about a replacement and got a reply within minutes -- remarkably, their price was still identical to the replacement I had three years ago. Pretty cool it hadn't gone up a penny, and they were much more reasonable than other places I checked with. I called to schedule a time to replace, and they were able to do it on the same day I called. Their technician raced out to beat the giant snowstorm barreling down, and had it done in 45 minutes. Here's how tight AAG's game is: e-470 transponder stickers cannot be removed and reapplied. It's a security feature so they are useless if stolen. AAG has replacement transponder stickers on hand. People, REPLACEMENT TRANSPONDER STICKERS at hand. You drive in with a working one , you drive out with a working one. He emails the e-470 folks daily so they can update accounts. How smoove is that? pfs. He transferred the residential parking sticker no problem. This was my second transaction with AAG. New windshield to replace the pitted one on my 4runner. Just as good as the first transaction for a '90 LandCruiser. Actually, better. The replacement sticker thing earns them a 6th star. Price was good. My car was broken into a couple of days ago, I had to replace the front window on the driver's side. I called the shop today and they sent someone in a few hours. The mechanics, Tom, was very nice and professional. He arrived on time, vacuumed the inside of the car to clear the remaining glass which was a lot. And he finished the installment of the window very quickly and nicely. The entire process was less than an hour.
