Karen at Crystal Clear was fantastic in dealing with the rental car company when several other auto glass companies refused. Most wanted us to pay upfront and chase down the rental car company for reimbursement. She also gave us the last appointment of the day so we would not miss too much skiing and offered to drive us to any shopping or dining places in town while the car was repaired. Her friendly attitude and above and beyond service was exceptional. I hope I never need another windshield in Colorado, but I definitely would come here if I do. 5 !

George took incredible care of us from the moment we arrived. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my car, walked me through all of my options, and never made me feel pressured. He turned what could have been an incredibly stressful experience into one that felt manageable. On top of that, he even gave us some fantastic local food recommendations while we were waiting! If you're local to the area or just passing through, I can't recommend Goodway enough. They're honest, knowledgeable, genuinely kind people who truly care about their customers. It's rare to find a shop that treats you like family instead of just another repair ticket. Thank you, George and the entire Goodway team, for making such a difficult situation so much easier.

I made it home and still had the same issue took it to another auto repair shop and the thermostat housing looked like it was never changed and was so worn that it looked like my old one and it had a crack in it.
