I have been coming to these folks for all my auto needs for over 15 years, and they are simply the best. I recently brought in my '12 Honda Pilot to swap out tires and asked if my studded snows had any life left. Many shops would have seized the opportunity to sell me new tires, but they have true integrity, a growing rarity in businesses these days, and told me they had at least another year. I had them install a rear bumper. a week later the left side was completely loose. the mechanic told me that the bolts were missing in the kit I bought. I told him that the parts box was factory sealed. so either they installed it without telling me half the bolts were missing, and charged me without informing me, or they lied because they failed to tighten them. so they lied either way. the actual truth is that they failed to tighten them in the first place, because I tested it when they finished and it was tight at that time. I assume they lied because they didn't have bolts, or didn't want to do the work. this type of behavior is getting more common. don't use them. go to a different crook. I would respect them if they called me, confessed and had true remorse, and changed their behavior. read more

About 2 years ago I changed over from having my car serviced by the local dealer to SAG. They are awesome! Some of the work I have had done included: - Oil changes - Tire Rotations - Brakes* - Clutch* Oh by the way...the * is where I saved substantial $$ by using SAG over the dealer. Not to mention that if I go in and explain the problem, they LOOK at it first and tell me if it is really time to do the change. For example, my clutch - they said "yes, we can do it now, but you'll get another 2,000 miles out of it if you just want to come back then". I don't drive much so that meant an extra 4 months to put off the work and save up the money. In addition, if you think something is wrong, they are very clear to let you know if it is a safety thing or just something annoying. In other words, they let you decide the critically of what is being done. This group is interested in building a long term relationship with you and I like that. They are honest and although not the cheapest place in town, definitely reasonably priced. read more

Please NEVER COME HERE. I just finished filing a police report against this company. The owner and manager is the worst possible person to ever have to do business with. My car broke down on I-70. The tow truck driver recommended this place (first mistake) They said they could see my car today. Asked me to fill out my info and he'd call me tomorrow about when he was gonna look at it. I never received a phone call. So I called myself that next afternoon. The car had already been "looked at". He said it was done. Not being a professional in car slang. I asked what does that mean? He further tried to explain there was nothing I could do, and that my best bet was to sell it to him for $100.00. You're kidding me right ? I went down the next day to tow my car out of his garage because obviously he was gonna be no help. Guess what I found ? A car without its bumper attached anymore and half of my air condition on the floor of the parking lot the size of a basketball. Sadly they were closed so I couldn't get any answers. I called back to ask what had happened to my car. He said nothing happened. That's how they found it. He refuses to pay for the damages He refuses to awknowledge the damages occurred on his property He refuses to look at the cameras to see if someone broke in or hit my car. I had a horrible experience. I took my car in to get the brakes fixed. They told me it would be $400 to fix them. I come to pick up my car and the brakes were exactly how I left them. They still squeak and do not work properly. They tried to tell me that the squeaking was normal and nothing was wrong. I took my car to another service station and they replaced everything. The other service station stated that everything needed to be replaced. I was ripped off! I live and work for a prominent company in the county and I will tell everyone I know and work with not to take their cars and trucks here to be serviced. Very disappointed! read more

I had my car checked at Summit Automotive Group and Jim told me my car was a danger on the road. According to Jim I had to change my brake pads, rotors and ball joints. All together a $1700 repair. I made an appointment for a week later because Jim had to order the parts. I showed up at 8 am to drop off my car and Jim told me the parts were not there. (why didn't he call me the day before). Since I already had taken the day off and I need a (safe) car for work I went to Big O Tire in Frisco to change my brakes. I had two mechanics look at my brakes and ball joins and the ensured me everything was fine! My brakes were at 50%! I called Jim to cancel my appointment. No excuse, nothing! Have been having our 2 family cars serviced here for about 8 years, and most recently had an emergency repair done here on the truck of a visiting family friend. I can't say enough good about Jim and his staff. I have seen accurate diagnosis of problems, first-rate (guaranteed) repair done on schedule and at a reasonable cost. At the end of a recent ski trip to Copper Mountain, I had to have my car battery jumped. Because of the age of the battery, I thought it needed replacement. I stopped at SAG and told the manager that I needed to have a new battery installed. The service department immediately ran a diagnostic test and found my battery to be in good shape, and I wasn't charged for this service. I have had no further issues with the battery.
