Listen I rarely write a review but when it comes to service like this I felt it a disservice to my technician Brynden . Professional, courteous,on time, what a privilege to know this type of pride is reflected in craftsmanship in a day and age of cutting corners to save a dollar. Tip o the cap I only hope I spelled your name correctly. I will recommend to every broken windshield replacement in Summit county to use Dependable Glass because the name says it all read more

Dependable Auto Glass on Continental Court in Breckenridge did an amazing job for me this past summer replacing the windshield of my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. Not only was this company thorough and professional, but I was able to get my cracked windshield replaced within a couple of days of calling them at a time when most auto glass places were booked up for weeks. Aaron "went the extra mile" searching to find a quality replacement windshield for me and to squeeze me in for an appointment. These guys are terrific, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass replacement. read more

Nothing but a complete professional windshield replacement company. I have a 2014 BMW X1 with a reputation of having expensive maintenance costs. I called Dependable Auto Glass and explained what I needed. I was given a lower price that any other company around. Period. I would go to them for any glass replacement. They came to my house, replaced my windshield and left my car in excellent condition. If you want great service at a fantastic price, call Dependable Auto Glass! read more

Look no further!! I have worked with Aaron twice in the last year and both times he was amazing. Last year he helped out of a tough situation...Safelite had removed the cracked windshield then said they couldn't replace or put it back in...Yikes..Aaron saved us. The new windshield has worked perfectly. So this year we had no question who we would work with..although our insurance co tried to line us up with Safelite (again) then after half an hour of questions, they realized they couldn't do mobile service for us!! That was a waste of time! Aaron was here on time, communicated smoothly and just the nicest guy! I now realize you don't have to go with the company your insurance co tries to push you to!! Good to know. read more

100% in agreement with all previous reviews, look no further! More affordable than Safelite by $75, amazing service and a local company. Awesome experience! read more

SUPER pleased with this company. Cheaper than anywhere else I had spoken with- and did not charge a fee for free mobile service as other places tried to charge. Good communication- quick, easy service- highly recommend! read more

Half the price as anyone else in the area, super responsive, accommodating, friendly, prompt...not sure these guys are actually from Summit county given the exceptional customer service I received. All other service industries in the area could take a lesson from Aaron and Dependable Auto Glass. read more

Back window glass on my Tundra Pro was broken by a friend. When I called Mr. Dependable he didn't have time to put in my window, but ordered me the glass so I could do it myself. So he Lied to me about OEM glass, then when I asked to replace with it with real OEM glass he never returned my calls. read more

They have replaced my windshield on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler as well as ordered an aftermarket rear windshield for my hardtop and installed it. Also, when one of my slider windows broke they cut a piece of glass and fit it perfectly to the frame. (Instead of having to buy the whole slider set..upwards of $299) Thank you Aaron and all other great employees! You have been of great help! read more

Aaron is extremely prompt and professional. Pricing is reasonable, and great to have someone as knowledgeable as Aaron here in Summit County! He cut a custom piece of tinted glass to fit my Chevy Astro van, and did a great job! read more

These guy came to our house in Fairplay -- were early (even called ahead!), in and out in 15 minutes -- excellent! They came out after Complete Auto Glass in Denver failed to show up after making TWO special trips to the city. Will definitely call these guy FIRST next time! read more

These guys replaced my windshield right after the change in ownership. Previous owners always did an exceptional job, but these new guys were horrible. They dinged my car in several places taking out the old windshield, which have now rusted. They left black goo all over the outside of my truck and dropped it down the inside driver's door and left it like that! The seals were also buckled when they left. They also used the wrong type of windshield and had to come back out to swap it and clean up the mess from the previous replacement. It still didn't look good and looked like I tried to do it myself. While nice on the phone, that replacement has cost me hundreds more trying to fix the damage to the metal from their dings. I will not use these guys and can't believe they're still in business if this is still the level of "quality" of their service. read more

Aaron and Vick were excellent. The price was better than Denver places I looked up and they came to me at no additional charge. I got pummeled by a huge hail storm in Denver which destroyed my windshield. I was going on a road trip the following week and even though they didn't have the availability before my trip, they were willing to squeeze me in before I left. Very quick, efficient, communicative and professional. I will definitely use their services again. read more

Great service at a great price . As cheap as can get anywhere - no need to go to Denver . They even come over the hill to Fairplay.
