I am writing this review in regards to an experience (not service) I had with one of Peak Appliance van drivers. Recently, while visiting Breckinridge, I was driving back to the Condo on Ski Hill Road. It was about 11:30am and there was a substantial amount of snow on the road. The speed limit on Ski Hill is 30 miles per hour. I was going about 25 due to the heavy snow coverage, and twists/turns up the mountain. A person, driving a Peak Appliance Van, aggressively sped up on my bumper. He was so close I could hardly see the front of his van. He drove so close to me he could have been touching my bumper. I slowed down, pulled to the right, as much as the snow covered road would allow, and waved him on. He started honking his horn and flashing his lights at me, and continued to ride my A**. He would not pass. He continued to follow me until I pulled off onto another street to allow him to pass. I'm writing this review to warn any person who is considering using peak Appliance for their services. This company obviously hires very aggressive staff members. I would be incredibly suspicious of having such an aggressive person in or around my home. read more

Hello to all who is looking for a good appliance repair company. We have a place in Breckenridge Colorado and needed help to fix our stove. We had a long term problem with our gas stove and Todd the repairman fixed it. Todd was very professional, prompt and courteous. The guy came to service an older Whirlpool dryer acouple of weeks ago and put in a new timer. It was drying but not shutting off so I called him again. He came out and had to take the thing apart again and found a blocked vent with two birds obstructing the ventilation so was able to steer me in the right direction to get it figured out. He was probably at my house for an hour and didnt charge me a second trip charge or anything. Would completely recommend this company for appliance repair! read more

I most certainly would recommend this business to anyone. We called about our residential size refrigerator in our RV wasn't working right. Had to leave a message. Todd returned our call early afternoon and said he would be here between 4 and 6 that very same day. He showed up about 5 and got right to work. My washing machine had stopped working and never having had a problem before I wasn't sure whom to call. I took a and called Peak Appliance. Even though they are so busy I had to wait a few days it was well worth the wait. Daniel, the technician, came and immediately got my machine working again. He completely checked out the washer AND dryer, even removing the door to get to the innards of the machines. He was courteous, friendly and more than competent. He explained everything to me and gave me some good tips on how to extend the life of the machines. The inside glass window of my oven slipped and needed to be repositioned. I was given the name of Peak Appliance Repair by a local company that sells appliances. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Todd arrived on time, explained what he needed to do to realign the window and finished the repair in under a hour. I have used the oven six times in the past two weeks and the window has stayed firmly in place. After this experience I wouldn't hesitate to call Todd for future appliance repairs. read more

Did not diagnose my refrigerator properly. Matt put in a $7 relay with $200 service fee. When I called for return service, I was told it must be part of a sealed system and they do not work on them. Wanted to charge me the $80 diagnostic fee without sending tech back out to verify. They knew they could not fix first time here and tried to scam diagnostic fee for issue they cannot fix. stay away! read more
