I also learned that some of their technicians may be working without proper documentation, and they're reportedly from South America. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting this business. There was a fairly long standing issue I had with the original caulking around the windows that they pointed out, and did an amazing job of making the caulking look really good again. Given the way costs for this sort of work have gone crazy around Glenwood Springs, the final price for all the work seemed fair and reasonable - especially given the high quality of the work.
