I arrived in Vail on July 23 2017 to find a broken toilet valve that had been running water for a month on the top floor of a multi-story townhouse. The entire unit was trashed including a basement filled with water. I called Steam Master immediately and they showed up with a large team led by Jeff S. Over the next few weeks they removed all the sheet rock, carpet, and did the mold remediation until we finally passed the test a few months later. This same team loaded up and stored our remaining furniture for a year until the rebuild was completed in July of 2018. Very good company. I was in crisis mode when I came home to see a significant water leak from my kitchen that went into my (finished) basement - Running water, collapsed ceiling tile, soaked furniture, drenched carpet, standing water, etc. A local friend referred me to SteamMaster in Minturn. Even though I called at almost 5:00 PM they came right away (less than 20 minutes response) and spent the whole evening mitigating the problem. They also worked with me on the options and managed the repairs until fully completed and the entire restoration was complete. Throughout the whole process they communicated with me on the repairs and options. I cannot speak more highly of this company. I was on vacation and got a call from my neighbor that my house was on fire! Neighbor called fire department. I called Steammaster. They where at the property within 30 minutes and where amazing. They helped manage the insurance claim, calm me down explaining the extent of the damage. Packed up my whole house furniture, stored it off-site, had all of our clothes professionally cleaned, dryed out the property, ripped out the damages, and managed the insurance claim!
