They were so helpful every single time we needed them. I am a decorator and I am helping my son remodel their kitchen. Our biggest challenge in the home was the kitchen. With it being a smaller size kitchen our challenge was trying to get everything he wanted into the room without making it look crowded. To start the process, New Box drew us kitchen plans that help them be able to see the cabinets, all the kitchen equipment and created a space for a pantry. The way they drew the kitchen allowed us to see the flow of the space. Honestly both locations helped us with their cabinets, guidance on a color or style, marble verses manmade stone. When a company has only 5 star reviews, I wonder if the are real but this company deserves all the five stars reviews. We will add a photos to this review after stone counters, appliances, flooring and lighting are finished. New Box showed us multiple price options before we made a decision.

We went with a dramatic marble (not everyone's choice) and love it. My only recommendation is .....don't hurry your choice of a quality countertop because you want to enjoy it for years and years. I will say too that the installation was nearly perfect. What wasn't perfect is that are new counters that the stone sat on had high end self closing glides and the stone installers would have helped me by putting plastic over the glides before the install because some debris got in the glides during counter install and they had to be cleaned out to work properly (a small thing but a thing). Thank you Valley Stone.

From the moment we met with him we felt at ease that this is someone who will listen to our preferences but also give professional options to help us make informed decisions. Having worked with Jon for many years, they know his high standards and are promptly available for whatever need arises. It was especially helpful that we were able to combine the remodeling project with other issues that existed in the condo. In the end, every room was more livable because multiple problems were solved. Jon is a good, caring person with whom it was a pleasure to work. For any future project it will be Jon that we turn to. Scheduling was a breeze as they worked out the time around my work schedule. The guys doing the carpet cleaning were top notch. Both Sergio and Jonathon were very friendly and professional. In fact, they had patience as I asked a thousand questions about how the system worked and what results I'd get. They were less than 1/2 the price of the big brand name in town and much easier to work with too. I highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs you have.

After purchasing the wood didn't think much about the price until I wen to the HD, sticker shock is what we will call it. The people made me feel like I did not know what I was doing which in fact I don't work in construction so maybe I looked like I was in the wrong place and that was an excuse to not be 100% helpfull. I think this place is better for contractors and not so much the general public.
