Said he would order the parts and probably have them ready to install in about a week. It's now 2 1/2 months later, and most of our calls have gone unanswered and unreturned. If they do answer, they will say they're "checking on the parts", and "I'll call you right back", and then nothing. ZERO call back. Don't use them - that $180 they will charge you is not worth your time and aggravation trying to back in touch with them.

However, if you own high-end DACOR appliances and you are about 12 miles north of Silverthorne, yet well within Summit County, Avalanche will not make a service call. They say "we don't go out that far". Samsung/DACOR needs to either find a new service firm, or pay the provider a rate that will incentivize them to spend the time and effort to attend to customers who have paid tens of thousands to install DACOR appliances. Maybe not their fault, but if you advertise that you service Summit County, you should service ALL of Summit County.

First of all, why call an appliance repair person for a slow draining sink and act surprised and angry when all he can do is replace the disposer (appliance). Why not call a plumber? Makes no sense. I am writing this review in regards to an experience (not service) I had with one of Peak Appliance…read morevan drivers. Recently, while visiting Breckinridge, I was driving back to the Condo on Ski Hill Road. It was about 11:30am and there was a substantial amount of snow on the road. The speed limit on Ski Hill is 30 miles per hour. I was going about 25 due to the heavy snow coverage, and twists/turns up the mountain. A person, driving a Peak Appliance Van, aggressively sped up on my bumper. He was so close I could hardly see the front of his van. He drove so close to me he could have been touching my bumper. I slowed down, pulled to the right, as much as the snow covered road would allow, and waved him on. He started honking his horn and flashing his lights at me, and continued to ride my A**. He would not pass. He continued to follow me until I pulled off onto another street to allow him to pass. I'm writing this review to warn any person who is considering using peak Appliance for their services. This company obviously hires very aggressive staff members. I would be incredibly suspicious of having such an aggressive person in or around my home.
