While driving there we talked to the owner again and she said actually No we couldn't return it and that it was our fault the D hook snapped. She said we didn't know what we were doing and it was our fault. My husband called her and didn't get to say a word and she proceeded to rant and yell at him. After explaining the situation the owner of the company walked through what he thought the issue would be. He thought it would be an easy fix and it was. He was open and honest and wasn't trying to take advantage of over charging me to fix a simple problem. If I couldn't fix it on my own I was comfortable paying his reasonable fee to fix it. He followed up to see if it still needed to be fixed. Although I was able to fix it (with his help) in the next 1 - 2 years I am hoping to do some remodeling and definitely would feel comfortable reaching out to Alpha Omega to work on the electrical.
