Is this how an owner of a small business should treat their customers? We have no interest in doing business with this store. We will repair the hook and sell it at a loss rather than deal with her.

After explaining the situation the owner of the company walked through what he thought the issue would be. He thought it would be an easy fix and it was. He was open and honest and wasn't trying to take advantage of over charging me to fix a simple problem. If I couldn't fix it on my own I was comfortable paying his reasonable fee to fix it. He followed up to see if it still needed to be fixed. Although I was able to fix it (with his help) in the next 1 - 2 years I am hoping to do some remodeling and definitely would feel comfortable reaching out to Alpha Omega to work on the electrical.
