I'll update this review if they decide to fix all the issues, including refunding money for useless cabinets that will end up on the trash! instead of blaming us! There are plenty of reputable cabinet companies in the valley. Go with them or IKEA! Not Bob and Anne Norman! They take your money and run! They will LIE to not take responsibility. The problem is they aren't smart enough or congitive enough to realize that they are lying/claiming they didn't get information when it is right below in the email strand! Proof in their own email! They came and measured multiple times and measured incorrectly every time. They expect the buyer to understand all measurements, how cabinets are made and the buyer needs to correct mountain craft's mistakes! They ask for appliance numbers, saying they are precise, but still get measurements wrong. We tried to correct the glaring mistakes but that isn't our job! There should not have been mistakes to begin with, but every single thing they did was wrong! They don't stand behind their work!! They hide behind an unfair totally biased contract so they can stick the buyer with all their incompetence!! They admittedly take on too many jobs and leave you with a disaster!
