Dean assessed the situation and had an excellent solution which he was able to implement without delay. He came prepared and handled the problem professionally. The installation took less than a day. Spoke with owner who had me send a text with pictures and told me he would get this ordered. A month went by with nothing. Called and the warranty person there, Tausha, told me it never got ordered, then told me I don't have lifetime guarantee but a limited warranty, I stated nope, I have the paperwork to show this. Then she tells me factory won't cover this but will see what she can do. Then get an email saying they will get it ordered and installed. Months go by, appointments to install keep getting canceled by them, and this goes on for two months. Then finally after 4 months the window guy shows with weatherstripping in his hand! I said that is not what needs to be fixed, he agrees. Call Tausha who tries to tell me that factory recommends installing this weather stripping to avoid more cracking. Umm what? I said that is not what needs fixed and was told you had ordered the brick mold around the window. Her response is "you want the brick mold replaced?" Umm, yes, that's what is cracked! Then she tells me well the warranty doesn't cover that. lol I ask for the owner to speak with him. Puts me on hold for 5 minutes then comes back on saying the owner will call you and come out and look and you guys can talk about it. Great! Well owner has yet to call or show up. Don't get suckered by this company with promises of lifetime warranty just to sell you windows. They lie 1000%! I'm over them, I will fix the window myself or take it out and replace with something better. Worst company to deal with. Constantly lie to you.

We paid extra for tiles that had a 15 year warranty. As soon as they finished the job I noticed a leak in roof so I called Adam the project manager. He came over did something and left. The roof was still leaking came back again put some tar on it left again, still leaking, he came back a third time and managed to fix it. Within a year I noticed the tiles were coming up on one corner. By the third year I started having roofing companies ask me if I needed my roof repaired as lots of tiles where coming up. I called johnson and Adam came back over and said he would see what he could do to have it repaired and would get back to us. He never called back, I called the company to complain and have someone else look at it but they sent Adam back over. He told us to put in a warranty claim on the tiles as he thought it was the tiles, but it is not. As you can see from the attached pictures, it is the workmanship of the company. The tiles are supposed to last for 15 years minimum. This company will only guarantee the work for two years. It has been five years and one month and the roofing tiles are coming up everywhere and i will need a new roof.

I found the type I wanted, Anlin, but mostly read that it was the install job that mattered most! CCE provided me with a reasonable quote, and once I signed on with them they completed the work ahead of schedule with no additions to the budget. Unique Windows did a wonderful install job, doing new trim around the windows that looks gorgeous. The house has been so much warmer, and so much more well ventilated since the install about a month ago. There was a minor alignment detail on the trim that looked off - though the windows themselves were slightly misaligned in the house itself. The owner Preston agreed that the trim could be adjusted for alignment, and he and Jim came out to remove and reset the trim themselves. Looks perfect. A well done job, complete. I loved how they took ownership in fixing up that detail so we can all feel good about the new windows in my home. I'm really glad I chose CCE to work with. And I LOVE my new windows.

Preston and Sherrie have been in the window business a long time, and came recommended by other neighbors on our street. They presented same-style Pinnacle windows from Windsor. They are an excellent replacement for our original. We got an estimate from another window company, and it was TWICE the cost of CCE's estimate. This is January 2025 so weather is not good. It was a factor in the length of the installation, but it went very well, and the windows look great. The crew were professional, very personable, and conscientious about their own quality of staining, sealing, installing. I highly recommend CCE.
