The initial work was performed satisfactorily, but one of the window seals failed prematurely. The owner inspected the failed window and agreed it was defective. The person that came out to install was extremely rude and obnoxious to my daughter who was there only as courtesy to let them in. I called the office to complain and was told this was the owner! Needless to say, I will not be calling them again nor recommending them to friends and neighbors.
