This company--and…read morePaul specifically--saved me from a roof cave-in and serious mold situation directly over my young son's bed. My first experience with Paul was five years ago, before I owned my current home. We had evacuated the house we were living in because of the roof and mold situation, and about a year later this house came on the market. Given what we had just been through, I was interested in buying it only if I could be confident that its previous mold and roof issues had actually been addressed and that it was safe and habitable for my son and me. Paul came out and did a thorough assessment and answered a TON of questions about mold, habitability, health concerns, and the condition of the home. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me then. And now, fast forward five years to September 2026, he has done it again. I recently discovered a burst plumbing pipe and substantial water intrusion in the crawl space, including saturated structural wood. Paul was on the job right away. KW has been responsive, professional, thorough, and--maybe most importantly--highly expert in both serious situations in which I have needed them over the past five years. I also learned something today that makes one of the one-star reviews here especially astonishing to me. I had no idea who the reviewer, Beth Anne D., was. Paul explained to me today that her review actually arose from his involvement with this very house before I purchased it. She was associated with the people involved in the cheap remodel/flip of the property. I did not know her and had never had any dealings with her. That context matters. Paul was involved because I, as the prospective buyer, had serious questions about what had and had not been properly addressed in this home. My inspection had red-flagged significant items, including electrical, plumbing, roofing and more. The property had been purchased by the flippers for approximately half of what I ultimately paid for it after the remodel. Paul may very well have been frustrated in his dealings with Beth--I wasn't privy to those conversations but would fully understand why-he was watching an avoidant, cost cutting flip job that valued money over human health and safety. But I know what he was doing for me: trying to give me an accurate understanding of a home I was considering buying for myself and my son. And I don't fault an expert for refusing to produce an immediate estimate when he doesn't yet have enough information to responsibly do so. I WANT the person assessing mold, water intrusion, microbial concerns and potentially concealed damage to investigate before giving me an answer. Five years later, there is a painful irony in all of this. I am now dealing with serious problems in some of the same systems that were concerns when I purchased the home, including plumbing failure and resulting water damage. I absolutely acknowledge that I made the decision to buy the house. At the same time, homeowners should be able to expect that significant defects identified during inspection are taken seriously--particularly when a property has been remodeled for resale. When they aren't, the immense cost can ultimately fall on an individual or family already navigating an extraordinarily expensive housing market. And once again, when something went seriously wrong with this house, Paul showed up. So yes, discovering today that someone associated with the remodel/flip gave Paul a one-star review for his conduct concerning MY house is difficult for me to reconcile with the professional I experienced then and the professional I am experiencing now. Paul tells you what he actually sees. He cares about the quality of the work, the condition of the building, and the people who have to live in it afterward. As a homeowner and a mother, that matters enormously to me. In my experience, Paul is one of the most knowledgeable people I have encountered in Central Colorado when it comes to water damage, mold and microbial concerns, remediation, and understanding what is actually happening inside a building. When something goes seriously wrong with your home, you need someone who knows what they are looking at and who will tell you the truth about it. Paul has been that person for me--twice now, five years apart, with two very serious situations. I trust him. I am profoundly grateful for what he has done for my family and me, and I recommend Paul and KW without hesitation.

SCAM ALERT: This man stole a great deal of money from us. We paid $16k of $20k worth of work (which…read morewe already thought was a super high price for a bathroom/basement remodel but he told us he's the best) and I came home after a month and all he did was gut my basement. We asked him to replace my water filter and it took him a week to do and it was leaking everywhere. My bathtub needed to be completely re-set because he installed it un-leveled which would have resulted in a messed up tile job. My window was improperly installed, it looks horrible, and he used untreated wood, resulting in serious leakage when it rains due to the wrong material and improper installation (which he claims he was "just doing what he could", last I recall we paid him well for a professional job, not to just make do), and to top it all off, my insurance paid me $7,000 (the bathroom was being remodeled due to flooding), I paid this jerk all $7,000 and not a single thing was done to my bathroom. He STOLE MY INSURANCE MONEY aka committed fraud. He claims my insurance company and him had a separate deal which is absolutely insane because I was in contact with my insurance company the whole time and they agreed he stole it from me and to try and get it back. So on top of that $7k paid to him he explained he needed to do the basement first. After removing my stairs with 0 intention of re-installing them, 0 work got done on my basement. My basement flooded in February, we fired him July 2nd as nothing got done. We are now talking to a lawyer after telling Quick Premium he owes us AT LEAST $5k (he did a fixed bid estimate to make it impossible for us to track out money). To make a long story short, TROY QUICK IS A THEIF AND DOES NOT PAY HIS EMPLOYEES. RUN DO NOT WALK IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THIS MAN. Additionally, he was incredibly rude to my family during the entire process. When we confronted Troy with a long drawn out Xcel spread sheet asking where our money went, he walked out of my house saying "fuck this shit" and tried to walk off the job. We had to ask for police escort for him to get his tools because this man has bad anger issues. We later found out HE WAS USING OUR MONEY FOR OTHER JOBS because he is terrible at keeping track of money. DO NOT TRUST QUICK PREMIUM. Also, because he doesn't even have a reliable plumber, we had to bring in my friend who is a plumbers apprentice, and have a licensed plumber sign off on the work. Troy also never pulled a single permit as per our request. We have now had to hire an entirely new set of workers which is extremely frustrating. I have not had a working shower in my house since February and have been showering at gyms when I have the chance which is extremely inconvenient and not cheap. Wish I could do 0 stars. I could say so much more about how unprofessional this guy is but honestly it's making me get upset to even type this out. After totally screwing me over he told me he would go down to turquoise lake to hand pick river rocks (which is not legal), buy a special saw & make the River rocks into siding for my house. He offered to do so many jobs yet couldn't even complete the one he started, and then after all that he snapped at us and said he never had time for my job to begin with...after making false promises for more jobs & requesting more deposits.
