Most recently, they installed wifi thermostats for us on common makers, a tricky install that allows old two-wire systems to host powered digital thermostats. The new thermostats were buggy and kept shorting out, but Andy and his team were tireless in their efforts to troubleshoot the problem multiple times until they identified the problem and found a solution, all while honoring their original installation at no extra charge.
