Henry and his crew are the best! They always come out right away to me. My plumbing is not the best where I live, and they have to unclog it through the roof drain. They also put a camera down it. The issue is a break and roots growing into it. They quoted a very reasonable price to get it fixed!! They are working with my landlord and trying to help us out the best that they can! So had a broken sewer line back up and break into the crawl space for 3 or 4 days filling the crawl space with shit and sewage. Called Right Away Heating and Air Conditioning since the last time they were out cleaning my air conditioning unit found out all services they can do. So called Right Away Heating to come out and check the sewer pipe, they scoped it and tried to clean the line but found my pipe broken and backed up. So here we are after just getting all my front yard landscaping all done few weeks ago Henry gives the bad news that were destroying it to dig out to the street to replace out sewer line. So tell me who can be happy about that? But knowing what the guys at Right Away Heating are capable of doing they were my best and only option I'd ever make. With everything he had going on in his day, he had a sense of urgency to stop his day to handle the situation making calls for equipment, product and labor for the work needed. The next day henry and equipment came early, followed by product needed, he had his ducks in a row and was rather impressive. By 5pm I was able to go to the restroom and shower again, and I must say these guys kick ass!!! I'm a firm believer in using small business all the time and they didnt disappoint!! The only downside is my newly redone yard that's now a battle field, but must say Right Away Heating Won the War!!! Stay away from these guys! Did a repair so poorly that equipment installed was so poorly installed motors blew and needed it all done over with new motors. When called they were rude and took no responsibility when details sent to them. Definitely don't use them. Noticed any positive reviews were from 2020. The 2023 review was as I thought...somebody else suffered. read more

Our Nest thermostat stopped getting power overnight. We woke up to 4 inches of snow and a cold house. We called Right Away Heating and they got us on the schedule for the same day. Jose and his team arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and got us up and running within 30 minutes. He took the time to suggest a couple of safety precautions and what we could do should it happen again. I'd highly recommend using them. Loved working with Right Away! My furnace just STOPPED WORKING with no explanation one night and it was a cold morning. I called Right Away and they got my on the schedule that same day (true to their name!) Jose and his crew came to the house. They were completely professional and great with COVID social distancing / masks. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to replace everything. The furnace was up and running within 30 minutes! I was truly impressed with how knowledgable and helpful Jose was. He walked me through each part of the job before completing it and I felt very informed / confident about the work. Pricing was competitive! There was a $49 charge for them to come and diagnose the problem, but that ended up being waived when I signed up for their service plan (because I will absolutely be using them again!) From there - I only had to pay for the parts, which were discounted with the service plan. The service plan is $199 at the time of visit and included one free AC inspection / one free furnace inspection over the course of the year. It also allows Right Away to waive the $49 visit charge anytime they come out to diagnose a problem. They do HVAC AND plumbing - so this was a no brainer for me. Jose walked me through the full plan so I was able to make the decision on my own - no pressure. If you need assistance with HVAC - I absolutely recommend Right Away! read more

Our HVAC stopped blowing cold air on a hot Monday summer night and our toddler was miserable and wouldn't sleep. I started calling around to find an emergency repair person ASAP but no one was available before Friday... :( Then I called Right Away and spoke with Jose. First thing he did was help diagnose the problem over the phone... and then he suggested a solution to fix it. By the next morning, after a quick trip to the hardware store, the issue was resolved and I had AC again! I *really* appreciated Jose's integrity: everyone else I spoke to wanted to roll a truck out (five days later) and charge me for the advice that he was willing to share over the phone. These guys are awesome. This is second time ive called Jose to help me out. Today was an emergency, as heater went out. He was not able to make it but sent Stefano. Stefano was able to fix it in 15 min, install new pressure valve and educate me along the way. No up sell, no unnecessary cost, no scare tactics. Jose had been to my house a lot lately, and has done a great job each time.On his last visit he spent a lot of time trying to unplug my drain. The tool he needed he didnt have at the time and he suggested what I needed. He was right and the drain is now open. I write this great review because unlike other plumbers that take advantage and just do anything for a price he didnt, also because he could not fix the problem he didnt charge me for his time. Jose came the day requested and gave a very good quote which was accepted. He was very accommodating and scheduled the actual work within 72 hours. All gas leaks were addressed and repaired with new pipes in less than 6 hours on the job. He and his partner were very clean and neat, covered all steps and flooring to access the area that needed to be worked in. Jose and his partner came over within the day called and fixed our boiler/radiator issues. He was very thorough and after checking the boiler for unwanted excess air he went and checked all the radiators that were not working well. He went through about 7 or 8 radiators releasing the air and making sure the water filled the radiators and were generating heat. We now have heat and everything seems to be working great.
