I needed wood this year, and I heard about Dana from a friend who holds him in very high regard. I trust my friend's opinion, so I decided to give Dana a call. I just got my two cords of firewood delivered right to my house, and I couldn't be happier! Not only did Dana show up just when he said he would, but he brought me a FULL two cords of high quality wood - I can't believe it all fit in his truck! I won't be buying wood from anyone else, I'm a customer for life. I highly recommend Dana to anyone that needs firewood and wants to deal with stand up guys that take pride in their work. Be sure to call early, Dana's reputation is so good that he's often booked out weeks or months in advance. Thanks again, Dana! See you next year. read more

I've used Firewood to Logging for over 30 years and have always been impressed with this business. Dana's wood has always been perfectly cut and burns perfectly as well. There is noone I could recommend more highly than Dana and his business. A lot if people already know this so there may be z wait for his business, be patient, he'll be worth it!!! My partner Phyllis is kinda shy and is willing to add her review, but it has to be on this account so here's her review: I have found Dana to be knowledgeable, reliable hard working. He has done excellent fire mitigation in addition to providing great firewood at a reasonable price consistently for years. Phyllis... read more

Firewood to Logging's extensive list of wood cutting services doesn't do justice to the skill Dana Roe's crew demonstrates in cutting large, 80-100' trees with incredible precision. Fire mitigation often involves removing trees near a house, gate, or road. In our case, it involved all three. Dana's crew dropped six massive trees on our property that, with one miscalculation, could have spelled disaster. Instead, they fell exactly where they said they would, and the entire area was cleaned up as if they were never there. I highly recommend Firewood to Looging and Dana Roe's family business for your tree cutting needs. read more

The most consistent source for firewood, hands down! We have been in the area for 11 years and tried many other people for wood, the next year they were gone, shorted us on cords, or simply provided junk wood. Dana and his crew are an absolute joy to work with, always consistent, positive and friendly. True cords at a great value for your money. Last year Dana noticed beetle kill tubes on one of our trees and we were able to get it handled in a timely fashion to prevent the spread to our neighbors! I can't say enough good things, try them out and you will be a customer for life! We are. read more

We highly recommend Dana and his crew. They showed up when they said they would and they great job of cutting and removing the trees and the branches. We had to have 12 trees cut in our horse pasture because of pine beetles and they cleaned up everything. No evidence of the trees just the stump cut off at the ground. It was even raining and their tires didn't tear up our grass. He also knows how to tell if the beetles are still in the tree or have left. He always returns your calls. He's a great local guy and has lived in Bailey a long time. read more

These guys have saved me for many years!!!!! Dana came in and kept all my trees healthy, by ALWAYS knowing which trees needed to be taken down, because of disease or Pine Beetles. Our neighbors watched him & stood in line, to have him come to their properties NEXT!!!! With the current Beetle infestation happening, EVERYONE needs to line him up to SAVE YOUR TREES!!!! read more

Dana and his crew have been working our 80 acres for many years and it looks amazing and so healthy. Plus the grass and vegetation comes in quickly without all the ground damage and so very little noxious weed development. Dana and his crew are always professional, friendly and truly care about your land and this community. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Simply the best! We've been buying firewood from Dana for years and wouldn't consider anyone else. The wood is always dry and split into manageable pieces, which I really appreciate, since I have a fireplace insert with a small firebox, and you can always count on a full cord. On top of that, he's just a darn nice guy. Can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Dana and his crew showed up on time (6:30-7:30 a.m.!) daily and worked well into early evening, weather permitting. It was obvious he has invested a great deal of money getting (and maintaining) the right equipment for the job. They finished the work in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up when completed. Highly recommend Dana! read more

I've been getting firewood from Dana Roe for 8 years now and wouldn't think of going with anyone else. Great guy, great business, and absolutely professional. I do recommend getting orders in early before the winter season because he gets busy as the cold weather closes in. But he's busy because he's the best in the business. read more

Dana and his crew did an outstanding job with several extremely challenging dead standing trees that we had on our property. He was excellent in communicating from beginning to end including confirming expectation, completing the job safely and then cleaning everything up after. Highly recommended! read more
