I got an appointment very quickly, they arrived promptly, on time, nice new truck that didn't leave the big patch of oil that my "normal" company leaves on my driveway. However, they increased their rates regularly, to the point now where their fees are the same as the other guys, but their service absolutely sucks. When I canceled, I was doing a refund of 40 bucks, but they took 35 of it as an administrative and pick up fee. I had cancel my service, but still had garbage and recyclables in my bins. They schedule a time to come pick them up, but wouldn't take them because there were still things in them! Their communications have been terrible, and when they have taken place, they've been very rude. I wouldn't use these guys even if I had to haul everything myself in a hand drawn wheelbarrow to the trash yard.
