Pablo was amazing. We had experienced minor problems in the past that were due to a too-large AC system. He fixed the hot water heater pretty quickly; no muss-no fuss, and he also didn't leave a mess in his wake. Really? I ended up paying $866 total for him to use an outdoor faucet re-build kit that you buy at Home Depot for $30 with tax. He knew what the problem and repair was going to be when he came over after we had talked on the phone. This is why he already had the rebuild kit on his truck. So, he did $366 worth of work and parts in an hour and a half and charged me a $500 fee on top of that. say no. I used this company because a realtor recommended him.
