Selling our home and needed our septic tank emptied and inspected prior to sale…read more The good: Friendly, came out on short notice The Bad: Finished pumping the tank, looked to be conducting a function test and/or an inspection. When he was done said he wasn't licensed to conduct an inspection. This information should've been disclosed prior to accepting and doing the job. We now have to contact another septic company to perform the work in it's entirety. Note: El Paso county requires a licensed inspector to file the transfer of ownership paperwork with the county in order to sell the home. In short, we paid $580 for half the job. Save your time and money!

Well, it is obvious that the two reviews were by the owner and a close friend, or two close…read morefriends. My experience did not bear out the prior reviews. We had them out today, and the owner griped all the time he was here. He griped that I lied to him, which I did not. I told him that he would need at least one hundred feet of hose to reach the septic tank, although he stated that he would have needed over seven hundred. If you strung it all the way across the property, you would have over two hundred feet left. He asked my wife for tools, and she allowed him in our garage. He kicked stuff out of his way, took tools down from the wall and left them, and then picked up bolt cutters. He went back outside and cut our fence after opening two gates so he could get his hose to the tank. Then, he stated that the tank was old and needed replacing, and the leach field needed to be replaced. When he prepared to leave, he left the fence cut open, both gates open, and the bolt cutters out in the yard with it snowing on them. He then charged us $675 for the process of draining our tank. I had spoken with another septic tank cleaner and they were too busy to come out today, but they offered to clean out our tank for $350. We have been ripped off by this man, IMHO!
