They apologized and even recommended another company that can help. Everyone we dealt with, including the techs and the office staff, were polite and easy to work with. We had tried everything, but could not get the connections right. We call Front Range who responded quickly and got our smart switch working. He came out within 2 hours-arrived on time- and when I showed him my issue he immediately knew what the problem was. The bottom line was the builder had installed a 'switched' outlet but did not wire it for power on the other receptacle. Peter explained the problem to me and then ran a hot wire from the nearby switch to make the other receptacle in the outlet hot so we could recharge our cordless vacuum's battery.
