I called Thomas at 4:45 PM and he said he would be here at 8:30 AM he was at the front door at 8:29 AM. I love when people are on time. Thomas had David wait near the place they get their replacement parts from to save travel time. Thomas checked to see what needed to be done, told me what needed to be replaced, gave a fair and good price. After I said okay he called David told him what to buy and the circuit board and thermostat were replaced and the A/C was back on before 11:00 AM. You can't help but to like these gentlemen they are neat, clean, and professional. I told our R/E agent to consider adding this company to her vendor list. I have added this company to my contact list.

I'm very hesitant to tear down locally owned small business (I am one myself) but the only reason I'm giving 1 star is b/c zero is not an option. My wife & I own a nice residential rental property in the Woodmoor HOA (top of the hill off County Line Rd) & just before Christmas 2024 our tenants awakened one morning to a cold house. We've all been there. They called Mtn Creek. Justin came out, diagnosed the problem as being a failed blower motor & needed a new igniter. Ok. He did the work; I was invoiced & paid $2,100. Days later the house is cold again. They called Mtn Creek & were told Justin could come investigate in late January. They called me. It was the coldest week (so far) of the year & I'd just shelled out over 2 grand - waiting 4 weeks for him to stand being his work was unacceptable, so I called personally. This was Tues. They found a hole (allegedly) on the calendar & scheduled him to come the following Friday - over a week & a half later. Fortunately, the house also has a wood-burning stove. The next Friday he was a no call/no show. Multiple calls made by both the tenants & me all went directly to voice mail, which isn't helpful b/c of the "This voice mail box is full" message we get on 100% of calls. I/we call for roughly another week & finally a woman answers. I tell her the situation & she sets an appointment for him to come last Friday (Jan. 3) at noon. At 1:45 I get a call from my tenant informing me Justin has again no call/no showed. They put their day on hold, took time off of work to be there & meet him b/c....its cold outside, and, nothing. We both again begin calling. Again nothing. Finally on one of my calls I get the voicemail lead tone & leave a message. To this very moment there has never been a callback. I can't imagine running a business or treating a customer this way. I now have to call another HVAC company, pay them some yet-to-be-determined amount to come out, diagnose & correct a problem I've already spent $2100 on & endured weeks of unnecessary frustration. All they had to do was a) show up at the appointed time, and/or, pick up the phone, call, and reschedule if necessary. Its an imperfect science, things happen, we all understand that. But its December/January & a house at 7,500 feet. Apologies of the length but this is an unexaggerated accounting of events. I've never met Justin, I don't live in the house, I just pay the bills, & again, I'm really not the type to go off on a negative rant like this, in fact if it were $100 I probably wouldn't bother. But this has been truly atrocious & frankly Justin, I'd appreciate a portion of my money being refunded.

Brian has stellar work ethic, he did the vast majority of the work by himself (including spending hours in the attic going back and forth!). We got the newest LG units possible, which came with one hell of a learning curve for the changes they made. Brian never stopped pushing on the LG rep for troubleshooting to get us up and running as quickly as possible. He was very considerate of our time, never showed signs of frustration while dealing with their shortcomings (I asked lots of questions) and confirmed everything with us throughout the process. They were fast, knowledgeable, always professional and showed more care and concern for us than just about any service I have required out here thus far (including another local HVAC company that just never got back to me with our quote). It was one of the hottest weeks in the summer and they were able to prioritize scheduling with us to get the unit replaced and working quickly. Great communication throughout the entire process and very competitive pricing.
