Thank you, Signature Springs, for the furnace tune-up! I truly appreciate the outstanding service provided. Taylor was polite, professional, and, most importantly, knowledgeable about the job. This experience was a huge relief, especially since I've been scammed by HVAC companies in the past. 1q With winter approaching, many people are rushing to take advantage of the $29 HVAC service. Here's a piece of advice: "You get what you pay for!" I highly recommend Signature Springs to anyone in need of HVAC assistance. Thank you again, your customer service was great Taylor. Wow! I'm blown away by the level of expertise, communication and process. I contacted Rodney…read morebecause we received an estimate to replace our entire AC unit. After speaking with him he asked to take a look at the unit/furnace and determined that we didn't have to replace the unit right away. We were able to save THOUSANDS of dollars. He acknowledged that our unit was old and that eventually we'd need to replace it. What I appreciated about this is he provided us two options and discussed each decision the benefits/cost. His communication style and knowledge of HVAC systems was clearly demonstrated in my interactions with him. Lastly, I liked that he sent me a text for a reminder of our appointment and sent me a text an hour before saying he might be a couple minutes late. Affordable, dependable, knowledgeable! 5 stars!!

The very next…read moremorning, we contacted Ace at Water Heater Pros, and from that point on, the experience was exceptional. Ace arrived at our home within an hour of our call. We texted pictures and specifics of our prior water heater's failure which helped him have our old water heater removed and a higher-quality Rheem water heater installed in about 40 minutes. It was incredible to watch how efficiently and professionally he worked. We were amazed to have hot water restored so quickly. What impressed us even more was that Water Heater Pros' pricing was right in line with--or even less than--several competitors we contacted. The difference was that those companies couldn't schedule a replacement for anywhere from two days to nearly a week, while Ace had us back up and running the same morning. Ace was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also discussed our home's high water pressure and made recommendations to help protect the new water heater and extend its lifespan. It was clear that he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting in and out as quickly as possible. The installation was neat, clean, and professionally done, and the entire work area was spotless when he finished. If you're looking for a company that offers fair pricing, exceptional service, rapid response, and quality workmanship, I can't recommend Ace and Water Heater Pros highly enough. They turned what could have been a stressful, days-long inconvenience into one of the smoothest home repair experiences we've ever had. Five stars all the way. Thank you, Ace!
