Of all days, the furnace stopped working 1/7/2026, 2 days before a big storm came in w/feet of snow...and the gas fireplace turned its self off, too! Jim was going to take the snow day but when he learned she had no heat source, he chugged through the snow on unplowed roads and quickly figured out the issue! This guy won't just tell you that you need a new furnace just because he wants to make money. Honest HVAC guys are hard to come by. This will be my guy if I ever need anything! He knows more than just HVAC, which makes him well worth the service fee cost! Thanks Jim!

Jesse was incredibly thorough in explaining all of our options and answering every question we had. He was patient as we navigated different quotes and circumstances, and he was always quick to respond. His communication and customer service are unlike anything we've experienced with recent home repairs and upgrades. Not only was Jesse's pricing fair and reasonable, but you can tell HVAC is his true passion. He genuinely wants to help people because he cares, and that really shows. Installation day was just as seamless as the rest of the process. Jesse arrived exactly when he said he would, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. His HVAC technician, Josh, was fantastic as well--very knowledgeable and professional. They both made us feel completely at ease. Later that day, Jesse even followed up to make sure everything was working as expected and that we were happy with the installation. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Jesse and his team, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care these days. They are truly the good guys, and we're so thankful for their help! The Hutchinsons

The burners in our 28 year-old Trane furnace had randomly started turning off before the set temp was reached, but the furnace would continue to blow unheated air through the system. They were even able to come out the same day. I was an idiot and put the batteries in my thermostat the wrong way, I couldn't see the markings so I tried both directions to no avail, I guess they have the magic touch because they fixed the batteries and got it working right away. The crazy thing is they waved the fee despite coming out and fixing my issue and even more unusual they went into my basement, did an assessment, checked my vents and replaced my filter for free while it was 99 degrees outside. I even insisted they let me pay which they refused. I'm going to need a full replacement soon, I'll be hiring this company for sure. They answered all of my questions with patience and ease. They're super friendly, professional and knowledgeable and were awesome with my dogs (since it was too hot to leave them outside) which I'm sure all dog owners would very greatly appreciate. They also mentioned their most recent visit was with an elderly lady whose A/C unit went out and how they're going above and beyond to help her. I've had several issues with hvac in the past and have had to call several technicians out for quotes and troubleshooting so I can attest that my experiences with this company was not the norm where HVAC companies are concerned but everything a company should strive to be.
