They sent someone out for a service call who thought he knew what was wrong but didn't have the right piece. I did have to reschedule for the piece to be installed, and then Day of they had to cancel because my tech was out which I understand. He came back out like the next week and the piece did not fix the issue so he had someone else come out and they fixed it for me. Both techs were informative and polite. Pricing for the service call and the replacement piece if needed were reasonable.

Jim was going to take the snow day but when he learned she had no heat source, he chugged through the snow on unplowed roads and quickly figured out the issue!
