These guys fixed our garage fridge a couple years ago, and it was a great experience. I was glad I…read morehave someone to call about my washing machine that is making noises. But this experience has been the opposite. Not with the technician, but the office. I was trying to ask for a price breakdown of the repair job and no one can give me a straight answer. One quote from the tech, that he didn't write down, so I called the office to get it on paper so we could make a decision about whether to fix the machine or get a new one. Got two different emails with lists of parts and prices, but they don't give a total repair cost. And when I add them up, the totals are different. I called the office for clarification and verbally got another different total from a guy who didn't seem to even know what I was asking. This obviously is confusing to me that all the repair estimates are different so I try to call to get clarification. I've probably called 5-6 times over a period of two weeks can can't get a straight answer from the people how pick up the phone, nor can I get a call back from the manager to explain the quotes. I really hope you don't have the same experience as we had. Very disappointed. I just want my washer fixed. Hoping to update this review if they actually call me back and fix the machine.

We started using NG Refrigeration Service this year. Nick is the man! First he came out to check…read moreout our dryer and determined the motor was the problem. He did not push a replacement and let us think about the cost of repair v. looking into a new one. We paid the general service fee (probably the lowest in town) and determined a replacement was best. Then, we had an HVAC problem. Nick opened things up and determined that it was only our fire sensor that needed cleaning. He cleaned it and our heat came back on. Other places would likely try to upsell or cite other issues that "need to be replaced." Again, since there wasn't an identifiable mechanical problem, he only charged the service fee. I appreciate his integrity, service, and advise. Thank you, NG and Nick! - Danny I.
