Jesse was incredibly thorough in explaining all of our options and answering every question we had. He was patient as we navigated different quotes and circumstances, and he was always quick to respond. His communication and customer service are unlike anything we've experienced with recent home repairs and upgrades. Not only was Jesse's pricing fair and reasonable, but you can tell HVAC is his true passion. He genuinely wants to help people because he cares, and that really shows. Installation day was just as seamless as the rest of the process. Jesse arrived exactly when he said he would, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. His HVAC technician, Josh, was fantastic as well--very knowledgeable and professional. They both made us feel completely at ease. Later that day, Jesse even followed up to make sure everything was working as expected and that we were happy with the installation. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Jesse and his team, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care these days. They are truly the good guys, and we're so thankful for their help! The Hutchinsons

Done Right HVAC was contacted by our tenant during a furnace failure over a freezing holiday…read moreweekend. One of the reviews here is from my tenant and reflects their perspective at the time While heat was eventually restored, the overall experience was costly, mishandled and completely avoidable. The furnace is only about 2 yrs old and under manufacturer warranty. Ideally, the repair should have gone through the builder's HVAC contractor or original installer, but our tenant's call appears to have been redirected through subcontractors and given the holiday weekend, Done Right HVAC was the only company willing to come out. Even so, the repair was not completed the same day. The technician inspected the unit on Saturday without the required Carrier gas valve and returned on Monday to complete the repair. An unauthorized furnace tune up was performed and included in the $875 service charge, and a $26 credit card processing fee was added without prior disclosure. The initial invoice was not itemized, just a vague lump sum charge and the total $901 was paid by the tenant before any clear discussion of warranty handling or limitations. Given the holiday timing and absence of clear upfront disclosures, the charges and overall process felt disproportionate to the scope of work performed After the repair, I attempted to pursue a manufacturer warranty claim and learned that Done Right HVAC was unable to support or process warranty submissions through the Carrier distributor. The technician later stated he did not know how the warranty process worked and that the old gas valve (required for warranty claims) was no longer available, which blocked reimbursement Carrier ultimately reimbursed $250 as a goodwill concession, but over $600 had to be written off, which really should not have been the case and turned out to be an expensive lesson for us.

BEWARE!! DO NOT use or suggest anyone too this company especially the owner Mike he is dishonest…read more This is why I scheduled an appointment for a tuneup/clean up of furnace as well as an inspection of the furnace heater because it wasn't properly turning on Mike the owner stated that my six year old furnace "warranty expired" comes too find he stated my new furnace needed $1500 "in repairs that were needed" to fix he "faulty" furnace. So I payed Mike the owner $125 for the so called "tuneup" and "inspection" job and he went on his way. The next day I called a second company too get a second opinion and comes too find out they told me there was no tuneup done too the furnace at ALL!! Even though I paid Mike the previous day to do so. And that's NOT ALL. The "repairs" mike the owner suggested were "necessary" were false and dishonest according to the other company Terry and Nancy HVAC. So I had to pay a second time to get the job inspected and tuned up right this time. Comes to find out a heat sensor was blocked from the built up of dust that was blocking the heater from turning on which I paid the owner Mike too do so and didn't. The second company also pointed out my furnace had a ten year warranty. But according to Mike it only had a six year warranty that just "expired" which was also dishonest of Mike. Therefore when I tried calling him to confront him twice about this. He would immediately hang up on me. So please do not trust climate design Inc With your furnace needs unless you're willing to deal with untrustworthy behavior and Crooked work of the of this so called "business owner" Mike.
