I've spent approximately $3,700 with Comech since February trying to get my LG mini-split system…read moreworking properly. Since then, they have replaced a control board, a fan motor, and the compressor. They've also recharged the refrigerant three times, but have been unable to get the system working correctly. The system is still not working, and I believe the refrigerant has leaked out again. The tenant reported the latest problem on June 9, 2026. Comech didn't come out until June 26, and after inspecting the system, they told us to have the connections rechecked. No lasting solution was provided. When I recently requested a status update, I was told they were ordering another motherboard, which was supposedly on back order. However, a quick Google search shows multiple online suppliers offering the motherboard for approximately $400. After spending $3,700, I expect better communication, accurate information about parts availability, and a repair that actually resolves the problem. The repeated repairs, refrigerant recharges, and inability to identify the leak have been extremely frustrating. The system remains out of service, and I am hiring a different company to inspect the system.

I was swindled by this company, even though they seemed great at first.
