He was able to diagnose & fix the problem quickly. The burners in our 28 year-old Trane furnace had randomly started turning off before the set temp was reached, but the furnace would continue to blow unheated air through the system. Turns out, the flame sensor just needed to be cleaned. Rather than sell me a new part (or a new furnace!), he cleaned the part & checked all the other components. Problem resolved!! The company also gives military & discounts. When we DO need a new furnace, we'll be calling on this business again.

This is my third time working with Regional Air and so I had been a satisfied customer…read more Unfortunately they now have a policy that "just showing up" incurs a 1 hour labor fee, which is currently $190 tacked onto your bill. Even stranger is that they labeled it "misc repairs to furnace and duct"--I had to call the office to figure out what I had actually been billed for. The techs remain excellent and I had good communication and service throughout my experience, but the bill was a surprise and I would no longer use this company for anything less than a major job as this undisclosed "service fee" nearly doubled my overall bill.

We were so pleased with Nick's work that we didn't want anyone else working on our home's plumbing again. When our disposal died, we called Falling Star after learning that Nick now worked there. These guy's are awesome! I will definitely hire them from now on and I highly recommend…read more First of all they only charge $49 to come out and assess whereas all other HVAC companies I've contacted and/or hired in the past charge $150-$200 which is obviously gonna suck if it turns out to be a simple fix/operator error like in my case. They were even able to come out the same day. I was an idiot and put the batteries in my thermostat the wrong way, I couldn't see the markings so I tried both directions to no avail, I guess they have the magic touch because they fixed the batteries and got it working right away. The crazy thing is they waved the fee despite coming out and fixing my issue and even more unusual they went into my basement, did an assessment, checked my vents and replaced my filter for free while it was 99 degrees outside. I even insisted they let me pay which they refused. I'm going to need a full replacement soon, I'll be hiring this company for sure. They answered all of my questions with patience and ease. They're super friendly, professional and knowledgeable and were awesome with my dogs (since it was too hot to leave them outside) which I'm sure all dog owners would very greatly appreciate. They also mentioned their most recent visit was with an elderly lady whose A/C unit went out and how they're going above and beyond to help her. I've had several issues with hvac in the past and have had to call several technicians out for quotes and troubleshooting so I can attest that my experiences with this company was not the norm where HVAC companies are concerned but everything a company should strive to be.
