Last week, my refrigerator started making loud sounds resembling an airplane taking off! It was so loud that you could barely hear yourself think. I did not know who to call so I turned to Yelp. Of course, I picked the one with 5 stars! Jason, the owner of Appliance Titan responded right away and came out the very next day to look at my fridge. He is the nicest guy! A part had to be ordered and he came back out to fix the fan motor thing that was breaking. It works perfectly now! He, also, calls 30 minutes before he arrives so you know when to expect him. He even came out again, today, to replace another part that was in the process of dying. I highly recommend Appliance Titan! read more

I would give Jason 10 stars, if I could. He is responsive, fast and honest. We wouldn't go to anyone else.

Jason is the absolute best and most honest repair person I've encountered. Very responsive and helpful.

Appliance Titan was able to research the part needed to fix my stove and let me know that the part (glass front to range) was no longer available. This saved me a service call fee. The next time I need a repair on any of my appliances, Appliance Titan will be my first call. read more

Repaired our fridge. Did a fantastic job. He really knew his stuff. Very responsive. There were some complications with the defrosting element. He came out a few times to fix it at no extra charge! The part that was initially installed was faulty so he put another new part in. Due to the age of the fridge, he promised to return our money if the fridge wouldn't work. But he did a great job, stood by his work, and was very supportive. We were very happy with him and his work. We would definitely use him again. Our fridge works great read more

Although I didn't use them for work, due to the fact that the appliance was just too old to put any more money into, his quote was super reasonable and Jason was super quick and responsive to my messages through Yelp. I can only assume that is testimony to his work. Thanks! read more

So glad I called today. Jason came over right when he said he would. He diagnosed my dryer within minutes after finding my breaker box for me as I had no idea where it was! When he realized my dryer was too old to fix, he had suggestions on the best dryer including the best warranty, easiest and cheapest parts, style and size... he knew it all!!! Jason even told me to call him when I found one I liked so he could give me an experts advice free of charge and has been supportive the whole way. Definitely will be calling again for any appliance help. I would refer him without any hesitation. read more

Jason was a super great guy! He showed up on time, diagnosed both of my appliances quickly. He was very honest with me about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. He is not one of those business owners that will fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. I am so glad I chose him to fix my washing machine. He had the part that was needed within one day and was able to get me up and running quickly! Definitely recommend for an honest, caring, good priced repairman for appliances! Thank you!! read more

We highly recommend!! Having owned many houses, Appliance Titan is one of the very best. Jason was quicker than any other service to respond to our inquiry. His rapid response and ability to personally schedule a visit, again sooner than others, won him the job. He diagnosed and repaired our GE fridge and had the part installed within the time promised. We will be calling Jason again when the next appliance needs his touch. read more

Can I just say... The comfort of knowing you have someone to call for problems with the appliances you use every day is SUPER underrated. Or maybe that's just me, and I'm just getting old? Anyway, I'm so happy that I called Appliance Titan for my fridge issues recently and I will be using them again, no doubt. So patient, efficient, and transparent. Feels like family when you talk to them and I am very happy with the work they did at my place. Call them if you want quality and connected help! Jason in particular was fantastic to talk with for my questions I had and there were no tricks or gimmicks on my final bill. It was what he said it would be and that was really nice. Grateful for the positive experience! read more

Really good service. Jason is honest and upfront. Doesn't try to sell you if the refrigerator is not worth the repair.

My washing machine broke so I contacted a few places and Jason replied to me in a timely manner. He was even able to come out the same evening and diagnose my issue with my appliance. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him read more

Jason was a wealth of information. Did not try to sell me on services I didn't need. I was concerned that my GE washing machine was making noises, but he reassured me that it was normal and how to alleviate that in the future. He also knows many makes and models and which ones have good tracks records. Will definitely give him a call in the future for any recommendations on replacement appliances. Jason and Robert did an amazing job repairing our clothes dryer. They went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Appliance Titan! read more

Our dryer stopped heating. This has happened before, so I knew it was because the heating element broke. We called Appliance Titan and they sent someone over within a few hours. The diagnosed the problem as a bad heating element and ordered a replacement. They were back to install it within a few days. They even showed me the broken wire on the old heating element. They also cleaned out the lint that had gathered inside the dryer around the wires. We're very satisfied with their service. read more

You can't get better customer service than Appliance Titan. Robert was my technician. I received a text showing he was in route and with a phone call. Very personal and friendly. On top of that, Robert was out that day to fix my washer. You will not find a better company than this! Thank you. read more

Prompt, knowledgeable. Was able to resolve our washer temp problem (the builder put the hot & cold faucets reversed in our house's laundry room and didn't label them) within minutes. read more

I have little but praise for Jason and his work on our oven. Other than a mixup about appointment times - which actually worked out well given the need to order a part from Denver - he did an excellent job. He was able to narrow the problem down to an igniter quickly and the installation two days later went just as quickly. The oven works fine now and saved us from a potential $1000 purchase. Thanks Jason and Titan Appliances. read more

The Tech was a very nice guy! But...they came out and diagnosed the problem as being an internal valve that quit operating in my washing machine. They had to order the part and asked me to put 50% down, which I don't have a problem with. The part came in 3-4 days later and the same Tech came out to install the valve into the washing machine. For some reason, before he tore the back of the washer off to change the internal valve, he checked the water valve on the wall that supplies the cold water to the washing machine. He found that the cold water valve was not working. He said he had checked the hot water valve when he was at the home the first time, but for some reason, failed to check the cold water valve. He promptly told me this was not something they could fix and that the company would refund the 50% deposit, minus a $65 service call fee. WTH?? They never serviced anything, and did nothing more than waste 4-5 days of time that I could have had a plumber out and fixed the problem. Wasted my time and wasted my money!! I don't do business with folks who don't admit when they are wrong, and then they don't do what right to make it good! So that being said, this Property Manager will not do business with these guys ever again!! read more
