We've had a great experience with Patriot Mechanical. The owner has been able to come out within 24 hours every time we've needed service, which has been incredibly helpful. We've worked with him multiple times through our Blue Ribbon home warranty plan, and he's repaired a range of items for us including our dishwasher, washer and dryer, fridge, and ice maker. Each time, he's been efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He communicates well, gets parts in a timely manner, and consistently follows through. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and the quality shows. Overall, he's done a great job every time, and we really appreciate how reliable and responsive he's been. read more

Great honest and reliable people to work with I highly recommend the folks. Thanks for your help Bob.

After our first consultation in Aug 2024, I was told it would be 2-3 months before the part was available. I repeatedly called/emailed in December 2024 for an update. Finally was contacted to be told it would be available 1/7/2025. Called again, called 3 times starting 2/10, finally reaching someone today 2/19 and was told they were at the manufacturers and would call me back asap. No return phone call. They were recommended by my realtor who "was" sending them business. Not a good way to conduct customer service. read more

Highly recommend Patriot Mechanical. Veteran owned. Our dryer started to have problems and they came out right away and fixed the problem. Reasonably priced and very professional. Justin did an excellent job. read more

Once again- the best appliance repair people around. Always quality work and guarantees. Fast, prompt. Don't bother with anyone else.

EDIT: Justin saw this and immediately responded. Was a 'perfect storm' that allowed things to fall between the cracks and miss voicemails. He's taking immediate steps to make it right which is what you want from a business. Initial response was great. Justin came to our house (on a Monday), diagnosed the problem and said he needed to order a part that should be in on Thursday. He has since ghosted us like a bad first date. I called a few days after the part was supposed to arrive asking about a status - no return phone call. Left another message a week and a half after he came to the house - no return phone call. Called again 2 weeks after his service call, asked for the courtesy of a return phone call because he had left us hanging - you guessed it, crickets... His voicemail greeting says calls are returned within a hour Guess business is so good he's not in need of new customers. read more

Unfortunately, we had 2 instances where they arrived for the initial service call and never returned. The first time we called to fix our tenants leaking refrigerator, they were supposed to order the part and return to resolve the issue and they must have forgotten. We had to call another company because they would not return our phone calls. This is the current situation our same tenants have an oven which the temperature does not rise to the correct temperature. I called them back the week of Thanksgiving. They went out the first week of December and said the temperature probe needs to be changed and ordering it will take 2 weeks, so before Christmas, it will be resolved. 3 days after Christmas, no update whatsoever, I called to find out what is going on and they must have forgotten, AGAIN, since he said he was going to overnight the part. He went to change the part on the 31st. On the 1st the oven temperature still does not rise. It seems as if it was misdiagnosed. I called again on the 2nd and he said it would be on the route again. On the 6th, he has yet to go out and check my tenant's oven and does not return my calls. Terrible service. I Will not attempt this company again. read more

I can't speak highly enough about this company. Justin came by, took a look at my furnace and, after testing it out, informed me it didn't need a thing. He even gave us a discount since there wasn't much he had to do. Sooooo - yeah. I'm calling this dude to come back and check out my appliances in the spring. read more

Justin was courteous, and Professional, and quick with his service, he explained everything he was doing, and provided options to myself and my wife. I would highly recommend him to anyone . thanks Bob read more

Bottom line up front: Patriot Mechanical is who you need to hire for the job! Stop searching, give him a call, the 5-star reviews are well deserved!! Had a Samsung refrigerator die, called Justin based upon the reviews on here. What a great decision! Justin is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a man of integrity. During the phone consultation he took me through the symptoms and ended up deciding to have me try replacing a circuit board. Here's where Justin earned my business forever - he knew that I could replace the circuit board myself, so he helped me find the correct part and order it. He didn't come over and charge me a needless service call fee, just talked me through how to do it myself. When that circuit board replacement didn't work he came by the house and troubleshot the fridge. He determined that the other circuit board could be replaced and would most likely fix the problem, again with no service call charge and outstanding professionalism, helping me order the correct part and instructing me on how to do the repair. The second time was the charm, fridge repaired. Again, Justin wanted to NOT charge me a service call and was just happy to help me get the problem fixed. In this day and age you just don't find people with the ethical approach that Justin has. Justin/Patriot Mechanical is a small, family-owned businessman, with a ton of integrity and professional expertise. I would rather support the small businessman than the larger corporation, and Patriot Mechanical is just that. How he conducts his business determines if he can feed his family or not. PLEASE support this outstanding company!! Justin, you have earned a forever customer in me and my family, and we will recommend you every chance we get. Thank you very much, God bless you and your family! read more

I am experiencing a very similar situation to "D 1.". A Patriot Mechanical Technician came out shortly after we asked them to look at the broken ice maker. He ordered an ice maker and said it was coming from out of state and would take 5-7 business days to come in. I tried to call Patriot 9 business days later for a status update, left voicemail, no response. I then followed the voicemail's instructions and sent an email asking for an update, no response. After a week or so of calling and getting the voicemail, I finally got a call from Justin (I think). He said he had to call the distributor and would call me right back...I never got a call back from him. That was about two weeks ago. I understand they are busy and parts take time to come in, but a little status update call would go a very long way! read more

I was so pleased with my experience with Justin & Patriot Mechanical. I had to file a claim with my home warranty for my washing machine, and I received a call from Patriot Mechanical the same day to schedule an appointment. Even though I was given a 2 hour window of time for the appointment, Justin was very prompt & arrived right at the beginning of the time window. He needed to order a part and return the next day, and he was on time again. His work was quick & efficient, and he explained the process to me as he went. Thanks Justin! read more

I was looking for appliance repair services, and I was impressed with Service First Appliance Repair. When I asked for a quote the first response I received was from Patriot Mechanical. I didn't realize it was a different company. I was called right away, and with the: make, model and problem stated in my request for help they were able to pickup the part before arriving. Justin was a joy to work with, and has over 30 years of experience; he must have started at a very young age. He even left his shoes at the door without any request to do so. I will definitely be calling them again! read more

Gotta put in a good word for Quentin! He came out, found my problem in minutes. Ordered a replacement part which was delivered within a week. Quentin installed the replacement in minutes, gave me instructions on how to avoid the problem in the future, and was on his merry way. All at a reasonable price. I call these guys first next time I have an issue with appliances. read more

Justin is Great!! He communicates well, he's professional and courteous. He fixed the issue with our refrigerator in no time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair. We will definitely call Justin for any other repairs we may need in the future. Thanks Justin!! read more

So refreshing to deal with such a great businessman. Justin was so great to deal with, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and of the highest integrity. He arrived when he said he would and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him. Thank you Justin! read more

Quick response, excellent service, friendly and professional, very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Justin and his team! He runs a family-owned business with a true commitment to service and satisfaction. I have a family of 8 and was super disappointed with an issue I was having with my 20-month new Bosch dishwasher. They were knowledgeable about the diagnosis, ordered the right part, and fixed the issue for us at a fair rate. They had to reschedule one appointment throughout the process, but were able to quickly reschedule within 24 hours of the original and voiced sincere regret for the inconvenience. In addition, as an added bonus, Justin returned after the repair to re-mount our dishwasher as the original installation by Best Buy was insufficient to say the least. Loved Justin and his team! read more

Yes, I totally agree with the other reviews posted here. I wish I would have known about Patriot, tho, before I wasted my time on that "other company" who told me that a repair could not be done on my a/c as one of the needed parts was not available...oh yes, and I'm told, my furnace needed replacing as well...total: $20,000.00. Then two friends said to call Patriot and I'm so glad I did! Julian and Oscar came to my rescue. Both super nice guys, arrived when they said they would & very professional. They located the alleged, unavailable part & told me there was nothing wrong with the furnace. The repair was a success and the repair cost was 10% of the "other company" bid. So Patriot is the answer to your a/c needs! Thank you so much, Julian & Oscar!!! read more

Our fridge has not been keeping our food and drinks as cold as we like lately, so we called Patriot Mechanical to come and inspect it. They were here tonight less than an hour after the call! No one else in town responds as quickly. The tech diagnosed the problem immediately and gave us a temporary remedy until a replacement part arrives, which he will return and fix then. Courteous. Fast. Best service ever. I usually don't leave reviews unless the service was excellent, and Patriot Mechanical did a GREAT job. Thank you! read more

Don't even consider calling Sears or other large providers. This company was at my house within a couple hours when 2-3 other companies couldn't fit me in for several days. Their pricing is about half that of Sears; they were thorough, cost conscience and our problem was well in hand within a 30 minutes. Thank you!!! read more

I purchased a new home that was 10 years old. After 4 weeks my GE Refrigerator stopped working correctly. My chicken was no longer frozen and the my milk and all other food was no longer cold. I called Patriot Mechanical and Quentin was sent out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and sized up the problem on the spot. The parts were quickly ordered over the phone while he was still at my house. I was really worried that I would be without a freezer and a refrigerator for a long time. However, I received a call the next day, Saturday, from the owner assuring me that the 2 parts should be in by Monday and he would make sure the appliance would be up and running personally. Wow...not many companies make this kind of effort with a fix from Friday to Monday. Sure to his word - Justin arrived on Monday and fixed the problem. He took time to protect my new floors, explained exactly what happened and advised me how to care for the appliance and keep in in good working condition. I recommend this company highly. read more

Pleasant, on time, seemingly a very good guarantee although I hope not to use it. But my job requires multiple trips. It would have been nice if they had a stocked parts vehicle or anticipated parts for the intended job. read more

Justin was prompt in responding, came out right away and price for parts and labor were reasonable. It was the pulley on my Samsung dryer that had melted, causing the machine to stop working. Would highly recommend Patriot Mechanical! read more

Awesome experience! Justin arrived on time, and was very professional. Originally, I worked through my home warranty. I was told a switch on my range needed to be replaced, which wouldn't have been a problem ,but the range is 18 years old. The parts are no longer available. I called patriot Mechanical. Justin came out with a switch he had made hoping it would work. No need, he fixed the part that needed replacing. Call Patriot Mechanical before anyone. read more

I called about 7-8 other places to try and get someone to help repair our window AC unit. Justin was not only the first to say yes, but spent a great deal of time explaining pros and cons to a repair vs a replace. He showed up on time and was extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely be using Patriot again and highly recommend them for anyone needing appliance service and repair! read more

We called Patriot Mechanical because our downdraft wasn't working. Justin (the owner) sent over one of his guys to take a look at our unit, when he came over he said that there was no way he could fix it and that we needed to replace it. Justin called my husband that night and told him he didn't agree with his employees findings and would like to come and take a look himself. Justin came out and looked at our downdraft and determined that he could fix it and ordered the part onsite. Justin came back when the part was in with one of his son's and tried to fix the unit, without taking the stove top off of the granite he couldn't get it to work correctly. Come to find out our builder glued the stove top to the granite. Determined to get this fixed Justin asked if he could please come back again and this time have a 3rd person with him to help un-glue the stove top and pick it up. Justin came back with his two son's and was able to fix the unit. I can not thank Justin enough for his determination and dedication to his job. He is very professional and will do what he can to get the job done. His boys were very pleasant and respectful as well. If you have a need for a repair on your stove, microwave, washer, dryer etc., do not hesitate to call Patriot Mechanical, I hope to never have to call them again but if I do need something I know exactly who I will call. Patriot Mechanical is wonderful to work with!!!!!!! What a great experience! read more

Fast service, thorough, good job. Patirot was assigned by our home warranty company for a broken dishwasher. We had been previously assigned a different repair company who called us and said that they were too busy to even schedule an appointment and that they would call us back. Well, we never heard back and so we asked for another repair place. Patriot called us right away and came out the next day. The technician was courteous and thorough. He advised us to use the repair cost to replace the dishwasher rather than to repair it and recommended a few models. read more
