I called John and he said he would fix it under warranty. He came to the house with a new heating element but it turned out to be a different problem which was with the wiring harness connector. The connector itself was no longer available locally but he found one on eBay, bought it and then installed it. I paid for the part and he said the labor was covered under warranty. I think he is very honest. He could have charged me much more than he did. In the future if I have a problem with any other appliances I will call him and I highly recommend him to all my friends and real estate clients.

He was really nice and knowledgeable and thought it was switches in the door, but his further testing indicated it was the mother board, which he ordered and came back the following Saturday to replace the old one. After he left, we tried it. Same problem. He came a third time, on SUNDAY, took out the board and installed the 3 switches. Solved the problem! Considering the time and travel both ways 3 times, his charges were reasonable, he's had lots of experience, and his attitude was great. Plus, we got to meet his sweet family! We will definitely call on him again if we ever need help with our appliances.

I did have to reschedule for the piece to be installed, and then Day of they had to cancel because my tech was out which I understand.
