From my first interaction to the very last, the experience was exceptional. Whenever I need a…read moreservice, I always get two quotes. Our house is brand new, so I had never needed this type of service before. The first company I called was polite, but because I didn't know the size of my tank, the receptionist told me to find that information and call back. When I looked up what I thought was the correct size, Missy from Arrowhead happened to call me at the perfect moment. She was incredibly kind and let me know that the size I had found was actually incorrect--and that she was able to locate the correct information online, something I didn't even know was possible. I couldn't help but feel that the first company could have done the same but chose not to. I asked Missy if she could send me the details, and she immediately offered to email everything over. I also learned that some septic systems have filters, and she sent me information on that as well. On top of all this, we have three septic systems we wanted serviced. I live on a compound, and we try to get a deal when having multiple services done together. Arrowhead was able to make that happen for us. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and they were able to accommodate same-week availability within a timeframe that worked for me. Our driver, Kerri, also provided a 30-minute call-ahead, which was incredibly appreciated. Overall, Arrowhead Septic has earned my business for future services.
