Justin was very personable and easy to talk with, he explained in detail what he would change out and what it would cost. We did pay a 55.00 estimate fee which I feel was well used for with the explanation that he gave. I did get another estimate that was free but I decided to go with Justin's bid because he came highly recommended by our furnace company Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning and I felt very comfortable that Justin would do the job perfectly! My 55.00 payment did apply a credit to our bill since we used them. Justin had two employees show up as promised and he also came to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction! When finished Justin lowered our bill because the job went quicker than expected and we only made one minor change! They definitely gave us a very fair price for the terrific job they did! They also installed two new faucets. He was friendly but very overpriced. I was desperate with no sink and I think he sensed it. Charged me $800 and was at the house for 2 hours. When I asked him why he charges $400/hr he just shrugged and said that's my rate, knowing I had no other convenient options. (BTW, I bought the garbage disposal and faucets myself at Lowe's. He only installed them.) This was enough to make me never use him again. However, in the past several months two of the joints on the line from the disposal and the other sink have literally come loose (as in come apart) because they were not adequately tightened) causing water to flow suddenly from the cupboard into the kitchen and the utility line in the basement. Jason Tse was my tech and he explained their down payment and charges. I was given 3 quotes each for the difficulty of the repair. I knew it was going to be expensive. I signed to continue the work. Who else could I get at 5pm on New Year's Eve? Jason went to work trying to locate the source. He checked the breaker box, voltage and nothing was pinpointing the cause. Jason really wanted to find and fix the problem before the night was out. And back to work Jason went. He isolated the problem around 8pm after checking the lines in the attic and each room. I told him I'd like to finish up by 9 and continue after New Year's Day. Jason wanted to work until everything was fixed. He finished around 10:30 and during that time we had some lively conversations. Jason I would give 5 stars. I thought the pricing was a bit high but considering the day and the time I guess it was appropriate. Triangle Tube had informed me that they would provide the parts and cover all expenses. Olson said that was incorrect and that I had to pay for all labor and travel costs. I indicated that I didn't think it was right that I had to pay anything because of a recall. Olson said they would reduce the amount down to $400. Triangle Tube said that was ABSOLUTELY wrong. All Olson had to do was submit the required paperwork and they would be compensated. They sent emails to Olson (I was copied on those emails) indicating the above AND they spoke to them on the phone. So you would think this issue was resolved. But no, today I receive a past due notice for $400. I would not/will not use them for anything in the future and would certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone!

No ghosting from a contractor will happen with us, sorry I had to reject the job ONLY for that.
