I just want to give a huge shout out to Jeremy and his company Ultimate Excavations. Less than a…read moreyear ago I had to have some major plumbing done. It ended up costing me well over $30,000. Not to mention they tore up my yard and it took 3 days to finish the project. So not even a year later, I needed yet more plumbing done. Called the same company I used before, thinking maybe they would do right by me after spending what I did earlier. They wanted $4000 more. This kinda made me mad, so I thought I would do some research. In doing so, I came across Jeremy and his company. He came out and assessed the situation and quoted me a price right then and there. I quickly agreed and he was back in an hour to start the job. I literally couldn't be happier. He was about half the price, done in less than an hour, and best part is they didn't have to dig up my yard. I can't recommend them enough. The whole project was quick, unobtrusive and very cost effective. The process is called pipe lining and I couldn't be happier. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Most rude and unprofessional experience I've had in decades…read more I have never written a Request for Quote (RFQ) before, so I asked AI, which generated a very professional RFQ, and I pasted it into ZeusExcavating.com. Days later they hadn't responded, so I called. They said they don't do itemized quotes (which the AI RFQ asked for), so I said "no problem, I'll accept a non-itemized quote." Then they said I was "too picky." Then they rudely interrupted me more than once to say untrue things like * "You're telling us what type of fastener to use." No, the AI explicitly said they could use whatever type they like. * "You're telling us where to buy our materials." No, the AI had merely inserted a *suggestion* for where to buy road base. (A really *good* suggestion, that would have improved Zeus' profit margin, if they had followed it.) Then they hung up on me. Maybe this the first AI-written RFQ they've ever gotten. They will get many more in the future.

Fred snaked a camera down the sewer and found the source of our problems: a huge mass of roots at one juncture under the driveway. Along the way, he discovered tree roots invading at every joint in the pipes. We got to see it, as well. A little signal was sent out from his device, so that, once standing on the (gravel) driveway, he could mark the spot where they needed to dig. Fred and his team came back when they said they would, to the minute. There was hardly any inconvenience because they finished so quickly. The property was in the same shape or better when they left. We'll definitely have them back in a year to forestall any problems. Thank you, Fred and everyone! Be richly blessed.
