Well, I can't recommend the people of Dependable Auto Glass enough. I walked in there thinking I would have a simple windshield replacement... But due to them being diligent they discovered a good amount of rust that was obviously left there by their rival company (S-Lite) who replaced it about 3 1/2 years ago but neglected to take care of it properly and nor did they even tell me about it. The crew at Dependable went out of their way to take care of the rust at no extra cost to me !!! I even attempted to pay for the extra work but they refused to take my money...and still did the entire job within a totally fair amount of time as they knew I was waiting for it. They easily could have forced me to go to a body shop to have that taken care of... But they went out of their way and did the work in house and still wouldn't take a dime !!! Again, I can't recommend them enough... Not to mention they also do windows and doors. I'm going to be contacting them to replace the glass in one of my sliding porch doors. A total pleasure to do business with... Do not hesitate to give them a call whether it's for your auto or your home !!! Meanwhile, I'm going to totally enjoy my brand new windshield...:) read more

Dependable glass is so dialed. I had, what turned out to be, a simple fix needed on my truck camper shell. Initially I thought that the back hatch of the shell was going to maybe need all new glass. These guys said they'd be able to do the glass if needed, but instead they were able to salvage my old glass. They did a few quick fixes and I was in and out of their shop within 30 minutes or so. Their work has held up great too! Marc was very professional and a great communicator. They also have a cute waiting room with a tv and coffee. All around 5 star experience! read more

Dependable Auto Glass quickly re-glued a trim strip that was flapping in the wind on my vehicle, despite the fact that I wasn't a previous customer. I had contacted other providers, but they all claimed they couldn't help unless I replaced the whole (perfectly good) windshield. Dependable promptly answered my phone call, answered my technical question, and called me after hours to set up an appointment the next day. We are lucky to have craftsmen like these in our community. They are fairly priced and do great work. Dependable Auto Glass can not only take care of your truck, but they also take care of just about anything you can see through. I had them replace three windows in my home. One window was~100 years old and one was brand new. Each window was repaired with care, and they wouldn't leave until everything was perfect. I had dependable glass out to replace the windshield in my 2003 4runner, and they did an excellent job! The difference good quality glass can make is amazing. Also, they can bill your insurance, which makes things much easier! They also replaced the glass in one of my doors to the back yard, after my weed wacker flipped a rock into it.
