Took my phone in because it had a cracked screen.(All cracked..) They said they could fix it but…read morethey had to order the screen so I would need to wait a few days but if I leave the phone with them as soon as it arrives they will put it in there. I get a notice that the screen has arrived to let them know to go ahead when we already discussed this it took 2 days to get a hold of her to say to go ahead they never answer the phone they don't have an answering machine either. Finally get a hold of her she says the new guy lost the part. But she would go look for it and have it together in 2 hours. I live far away so we went to McDonald's to kill some. We go back over there and she says she can't fix it something's going wrong come back tomorrow. I go home and she calls me and says she can't do it to come get my phone... I told her to put my $50 deposit back on my card and she said she couldn't do that until I got there. When I got there she did not need the card to put it back on she just had to type in something so she could have done that now I'm waiting longer for my money to come back on my card she was very rude about the situation and she hasn't the knowledge to be in this business. Train the new guy fix your voicemail but you probably can't handle any more business anyway I would not recommend this person to anyone.
