We'd be happy to look further into it if you're able to provide more information. Additionally, we don't offer after-hours pickup--our process requires a signed release and payment before any vehicle is returned to ensure everything meets our customer's expectations. As the seasons change it's imperative to get this all fixed! I was told to put clear scotch tape over each spot to keep any moisture, condensation etc from seeping in. I told her to put my $50 deposit back on my card and she said she couldn't do that until I got there. When I got there she did not need the card to put it back on she just had to type in something so she could have done that now I'm waiting longer for my money to come back on my card she was very rude about the situation and she hasn't the knowledge to be in this business.
