When they were suppose to be arriving they called and said they picked up another call near the driver and it would cause a delay. Skipped me for more work. Then when they were suppose to finally arrive (2 hours later than what they originally committed to), they called and informed me that AAA "cancelled the call for a non-covered service." All Mountain (Beth...who speaks over you and doesn't allow you to talk) informed me that AAA said it was an unmaintained road. I called AAA and they had no record of such a claim. AAA said that it was the tow truck driver that said our road was unmaintained and the car was inaccessible. All not true, we live a year-round county maintained road and AAA has picked up and delivered at this address numerous times over the last six years. Truck is parked in my driveway and we have had Toyota Prius drive to our door in the snow and 40' school busses right to our house during big events. They lied for their convenience, blamed it on AAA, took another call and skipped mine to grab more money and then bailed the moment their driver Nick didn't want to do the work. Filed a complaint against their shop via AAA and sadly felt like warning the public was warranted.
